"Remind me why we are here again?" I groaned as my best friend Demi pulled up to the Resort that she had booked for us to enjoy a nice weekend out. Her words not mine in fact I'd much rather of stayed at home,bundled under my warm blankets, eating junk food and watching Netflix all day but Demi drug me out of my house demanding that I needed to get out.
We exited the car and were instantly greeted by an overly cheerful woman at the front desk. After giving us our separate room key cards Demi and I headed for the elevator "this is going to be so fun and hey maybe you will meet a nice girl here you've been single way too long" she protested
"Demi you know I am not interested in anyone. I'm fine livin' the single life." I replied
"Yeah bullshit you need a girlfriend desperately so get changed we're going to the pool" she demanded as she pushed me into my room
I changed into my swimsuit and headed to the pool Demi had taken the liberty to dive right in but instead I decided to stay dry and sunbathe
After a few minutes Demi came and sat next to me I lowered my sunglasses to my nose and gazed at her.
"Hey did you notice that girl over there staring at you?" She asked curiously
"What girl?" I asked I didn't bother looking around
"Um no she was probably staring at you you're the famous one" I said sliding my sunglasses back to my eye's
"Welp you're about to see her now she's walking over here" Demi said as she got up and walked back towards the pool "wait! Demi!,Demi!" I whispered harshly
"Dammit" I mumbles to myself.
Once the girl reached me I glanced up and automatically noticed her amazing green eyes her beautiful dark hair flowed freely just past her shoulders and her right arm brandished a tattoo of the roman numerals for 27.
"Hi" she said her smile was just as beautiful as she was
"Hi" I said looking up at her
"I hate to ask this but I see that you have sunscreen I kinda forgot mine upstairs in my room is it alright if I"
"Oh of course knock yourself out" I said handing her the sunscreen. She paused and furrowed her brow
"Uhh I kinda need help putting it on my back do you mind?"
