Teria had woken up first, she had no idea what time it was. You could never tell what time it was on a hive ship. She got up and slipped her shoes on, which was odd because she remembered falling asleep with them on. She sighed when she saw his coat on the floor again, Teri walked over to pick it up, the entire time Todd was watching her . she thought he was still asleep. It was odd, Todd liked watching her work. It wasn't creepy tho, he watched her in a way that he felt protective of her. He didn't know what it meant but he didn't care as long as it didn't interfere with his work that needed to be done. After Teria hung up his jacket once again she went ahead to clean his boots, sitting down at her own bed to work on them. His boots rarely ever got dirty but, she always made sure they looked better than the others. As he was the highest rank on the ship. The queen had died years ago, or so it seemed, she couldn't really tell anymore.

Teria paused for a moment glancing up, " would you like something to drink? " she asked calmly, yes it was true wraith didn't eat, but things like drinking water and other things, they did from time to time.

Todd could never figure out how she knew when he was up, it never failed. Drawing in s breath he spoke up, "I suppose that would be adequate for now.. " he spoke as he watched her stand from her place, carefully setting the boots down. She got up and went over to the shelving, they had many things of stored water. Picking one she poured it into a glass and walked it over to him.

" you did not need to get me that. " he spoke still taking the old cup from her and drinking from it. She didn't speak, she didn't know what to say. Instead went back to her bed to finish cleaning up his boots quietly.

been discouraged and not getting feedback on my stories it's why I stopped
