Chapter 8

Until lunch....

I was perched on the abandoned staircase of the school at lunch, munching on the apple I had brought. I was unsure where Blue was, with all the attention he was getting it he might not even show up. I sighed. I didn't have class with him before lunch so I'd just have to be patience. I heard someone sit beside me. I turned and saw Tristan.

"Hey why don't you go find some slut to bother? I'm not in the mood." I said, still pissed at him. "I wanted to say that I'm sorry."

"Yeah riiiight." I said sarcastically.

"I'm serious." He said.

"When pigs fly." I said getting up.

"Matte." He said grabbing my wrist.

"Did you just say-" He kissed me, moving his hands to my waist. I pulled away him.

"Get the hell off me!" I shrieked.

"Please just listen to me."

"NO get the fuck off of me! You're just a regular playboy there's nothing special about you."

I heard a cough and turned to see Blue. I looked at how he would picture this in his head. Tristan's hands on my waist mine on his chest. It's possible he saw us kissing.

"Blue it's not what it looks like..." I trailed off.

"Yeah I know, you better get off my girlfriend or I swear I will kill you." He threatened. Tristan reluctantly let go, his arms fell by his side, limp. Tristan whispered in my ear, 'I know who killed Jayden.' My eyes grew wide. Tristan backed off, a smirk on his face and walked off. I leapt into Blue's arms.

"Hey, you alright?" He asked.

"Yeah..."

"How long has he been bothering you?" He asked concerned.

"All since freshman year." I said.

"Three years of putting up with him. I found my enemy on my first day of school. Wonderful."

"You hungry?" I asked, trying to switch topics.

"Hell yeah but why are you out here instead of in the cafeteria?"

"I'm not accepted there." I said quietly.

"I'll make you accepted." He said starting to drag me off in the wrong direction. "Uh where is the cafeteria?" I shook my head smiling.

"This way." I said taking the lead. I made many reasons why I didn't go to the cafeteria.

1. There's lots of sluts and jocks.

2. They hate me.

3. There is no skaters there, ever since....yeah you know.

4. I'm a loner....until now.

When we opened the doors the entire room went silent.

"Just keep walking." Blue whispered. We kept walking to the front of cafeteria., hand in hand. Everyone just stared at us, clearly shocked. I shivered as I felt all the sets of eyes on our every movement. Blue purchased his food and sat down at an unoccupied table.

"Why are they all staring at us?"

"Because they've never seen me or you before, no one notices the outcast."
