Chapter 5

Krista's POV

Tristan had pulled me out of the club, knowing he could get away with anything out here. I screamed as loud as I ever had but I knew I would be no match for the blaring music, thrumming through everyone's bodies, hoping someone would hear me, save me.

Tristan's POV

'Why can't she understand that I care about her? How can she resist me? No other girl can. (being totally full of himself) I like her a lot, whenever I see her she just makes me want her so bad. She needs to listen to me.

Blue's POV

I followed my gut and sure enough I found someone pinning a girl to the alleyway wall. I watched, careful not to be noticed if it went too far and the girl freaked, I'd rip that bastard off her. She tried to break his hold on her, but he just held on tighter.

"Listen to me!" the guy said, "I would never hurt you, do you understand? I....care about, please believe me."

"All you want from me is sex. You've screwed almost every single girl in our school. Just leave me alone!" she shrieked. Just a little longer, I thought.

"Please hear me out..." he hesitated and then he kissed her. No not roughly but as if he had been with her forever. He really does care about her, she's just plain stubborn. I saw her visibly relax as he kept kissing her. He pulled her out of the shadows. My eyes widened when I saw her.

She was shockingly beautiful, her long golden hair cascading down her back with green highlights that made her eyes shine. In the dim city lights, she looked like a goddess. She let him hold her. I wish I was him...damn what am I saying I don't even know the girl. She spoke so low it was inaudible from where I was hiding. Suddenly she seemed to snap out of her daze, breaking free of his grasp. I watched her go back into the club, leaving the guy, frozen to the spot, where she had left him.

"Damnit." I heard him mutter and he walked off. This was my chance to find out who she was.

Krista's POV

He kissed me with longing. I started to relax in his grip and that undeniable dull feeling was pushing its way to the surface, struggling for control. I stopped it in the nick of time. It was so wrong to feel that way around him. He pulled me closer to him, trying to make me feel the same way he was. My lips brushed against his neck, whispering in his ear. "I will never be with you." I jerked out of his arms and walked back into the club. He now knew I would never fall for him and his tricks. I made my way to the bar, ordering some alcoholic drink I picked at random. The bartender came back within moments and I handed him a twenty. He smiled and walked away. I took a sip of my drink. It was fruity with a hint of chocolate. Delicious...I thought but again my night was to be disturbed by very handsome guy behind me. The first thing that caught my attention were his blue-green eyes. Then his tall, muscular, tanned frame. His brown hair just above shoulder length curled which framed his face and striking features. He was gorgeous.

"Hey are you....alright? I saw what happened earlier with that....guy."

He saw that! "I'm fine, he's pestered me since who knows how long."

"I was wondering, would you like to dance with me? It looked like you could use some cheering up."

"Thanks I think I need it." I took his hand, following him up the stairs onto the balcony above the first floor, the music still audible from way up here. I glided next to him, his hands on my waist, mine resting on his shoulders.

"So what's your name?" I asked, dripping with curiosity.

"Blue. Yours?"

"Krista."

"It's a pleasure to meet you, Krista." He pulled my hand off his shoulder, lightly kissing it. I giggled, feeling sparks race from his lips down my arm. I'd never felt like that since....Jayden. I could feel the tears start to come down my face.

"Hey, what's wrong?"

"You...remind me ....of s-someone." My eyes still spilling tears. I wrapped my arms around his chest and cried. After so long of keeping it inside, the wave of sadness finally decided to show itself. He rocked me back and forth, rubbing my back, saying soothing words, saying it would be alright but it never would be because he was gone. And he wasn't coming back.

HOPE U LIKED IT!!!
