MINYOUNG'S POV

I opened my eyes and looked around.

Where the hell am I?

I got up and observed the room I was in. I looked at the table next to the bed and saw a glass of water. I grabbed the water and sculled it then suddenly heard a soft snore from the floor.

I grabbed the lamp and shuffled on the bed towards the sound. I peeked over the bed to find Lay sleeping. I felt relief flood over myself and smiled. I put the lamp down and suddenly felt my tummy feel light and fluffy.

I grabbed the blanket I used and walked over to him. I threw the blanket up and covered him with it.

What I was still confused about was what were we doing here. The last thing I remembered was we were walking back down the road after calling Kris. Then ... I felt really nauseous and I collapsed.

I heard a knock at the door and opened the door.

"Good morning, Ma'am. I just came to check up on you & Lay-oppa. How was your night?" the young lady asked.

"It was lovely, thank you." I replied back.

"Well if you need anything else, let me know."

"Actually, I do have a quick question?" I asked.

"Yes?" she said moving closer to me.

"Do you know how we got here?" I asked, knowing I had a 50/50 chance she would know.

"Lay-oppa came in carrying you after the heavy rain last night." she said before turning around and walking away.

Lay carried me here? Through all that heavy rain? He is such a sweetheart. How can I ever repay him? I know! Breakfast a la MinYoung.

I got dressed and walked to the store we were in yesterday. I grabbed a basket and looked for all the things that I use to cook for Yi Xing, my famous blueberry and choc chip pancakes.

I bought the ingredients and headed home. As soon as I got home, I started cooking. Luckily, he was a heavy sleeper, because any other person would've woken up at the amount of sound I was making.

I flopped the last pancake unto a plate and served it up with strawberries and mable syrup. I filled up a glass of juice and set the plate on the table. Just as I turned around to wash my hands to wake Lay up, he walked through the bedroom door, rubbing his eyes.

"What is all this?" Lay asked still rubbing his eyes.

"Breakfast a la MinYoung. I heard about what did for you last night and I am forever grateful to you, Lay. Thank you so much." I said before jumping up to hug him.

I held on, smelling a familiar scent.

This was the same cologne Yi Xing use to wear.

"I have to admit," I said still hugging him, "you remind me a lot of my best friend."

I heard my phone buzz and let go. I looked up at Lay and he smiled. I ran and picked up my phone.

"Hello?"

"MinYoung-ah, where are you guys? Are you guys alright?" a familiar voice asked.

"Yes, Luhan. Lay & I are fine. Where are you?" I asked.

"That's why I called. Where are you guys staying?"

I walked back into the kitchen and gave the phone to Lay. I decided to have a shower so I walked back to the bedroom and grabbed a towel. I closed thw door behind and began to undress. As I unbuttoned my shirt, I noticed a scar on my shoulder.
