LAY'S POV

I woke up and looked down and saw that MinYoung was still on the couch with me. I nudged her lightly to wake her up.

"MinYoung?"

She frowned but her eyes were still closed. I brought my finger and gently pushed in the middle of her head. Her frown disappeared and she looked at peace.

I smiled and got up without trying to wake her up. I walked to the bathroom and washed up. I walked over to the dresser to look for paper and a pen.

I didn't wanna wake you. Just checking the bus timetable. I borrowed your phone. I'll be back.

- Lay

I placed the note on the table next to the couch and walked out. I walked to the bus terminal. I rang the bell at the reception desk.

"How can I help you?" an old man asked, putting his glasses on to get a better look at me.

"Do you know when the next tour bus comes please?" I asked.

"It's not running today. There seems to have been a problem with the engines of the company's buses. Sorry." he said as he shrugged his shoulders.

I bow in gratitude and walked back outside. I pulled out MinYoung's phone and dialled where we were meant to visit.

"Hello?"

"Manager-hyung?" I asked.

"Lay?"

He continued.

"Where are you guys? President Lee sent out another van for us. You guys have another schedule with SHINee which he booked last minute. We're coming to get you and MinYoung." he said.

"We're staying at the Sokcho Inn. How long will you til you are here?" I asked.

"I'll be there in about 2 hours. The rest of the members are already getting their hair and make-up done, so I'll come get you two and take you straight to the studios and they'll fix you up there."

"Ok, I'll see you soon, hyung." I said before hanging up.

I was on my way back to the inn when I was suddenly stopped by a lady selling jewelry. She pulled me to her stall and walked behind it, looking for something.

I waited impatiently.

"Excuse me, ajumma, but I really have to go." I said looking over her stall counter.

She popped her head out from behind the stall with something in her hands. She eyed me to put my hands out and I did so.

She opened her hands and down dropped a necklace with a small puka shell in the shape of a heart.

"I have ... no money ..." I said, embarrassed.

She shook her head, telling me that it was free.

"Are you sure?"

She grabbed a hold of my hands and clenched them in hers.

"You'll know when to give it to her." she said as she smiled and let go of my hands.

She walked back out unto the road and grabbed another customer.

Her? MinYoung? How could she have known?

I made my way back to the inn, carefully placing the necklace in to my pocket. I opened the door and walked in.

"Welcome back, Lay." MinYoung said, sitting on the couch, yawning.

"Morning, sleepy-head." I said as I walked over to her and patted her head.

MinYoung smiled shyly and straightened her hair She looked up at me.
