Prodigy's P.O.V
I watched as YN stepped out the building, she walked down the steps slowly and looked around a bit confused. She probably thinks that she missed the limo because it did take her longer than ten minutes to get ready. Why? I don't know. She stood there looking around, I'm guessing she was looking for me but surprisingly she didn't notice me standing just a few feet away from her. I glanced down at her beautiful body and bit my lip a little, that dress was perfect on her. I reached in my pocket and pulled out my phone, I checked the time and it was 8:50pm. I smiled and started walking towards YN, she finally looked and noticed that I was walking towards her. She walked up to me and gave me a tight hug, it was unexpected but I smiled and hugged back.
Your P.O.V
I wrapped my arms around his neck and hugged him tight, I started to feel a little uneasy so when I saw Prodigy I was relieved. I glimpsed at Prodigy's outfit noticing his nice black suit and tie; he had a white tie and white rose on the front, right side. As I was admiring his fancy attire I felt my stomach growl loudly, I tried my hardest to ignore it but it made another growly sound which made Prodigy laugh a bit. I smiled, and blushed a bit; I couldn't help it, I'm hungry.
"Sorry. I'm hungry." I said as I backed outta the hug.
"I can tell, let's go eat." He said whiling reaching for my hands but I quickly took a step back. "What's wrong?"
"Where's my phone?"
"I have it, you'll get it back when the night is over." He said with a smirk.
"But what if I have to call someone important?" I asked with a sly smile.
"Someone like?"
"Uh. I do have friends you know, and what if m-" I stopped and hesitated to finish that sentence. "What if my mom calls to check up on Jazmyn and I?" I said a bit shaky.
"I promise if your mother does call than I'll hand you the phone, besides I wouldn't mind. I really would like to meet your her ever since you told me about her being a doctor; she sounds helpful and caring." Prodigy said smoothly as placed his hands on my waist, pulling me closer to him.
I put a fake smile on my face and glanced down at my feet, a piece of my heart ached at what Prodigy just said. I know he meant no harm at what he said, he doesn't even know the real story about my mother. In the midst of my thoughts I felt Prodigy lift my chin up gently making me look at him.
"What's wrong YN?" He asked with a slight look of worry on his face.
I was gonna say something but before I could even think of a lie to say my stomach let out another loud growl. I smiled wide and watched as Prodigy smiled too; he didn't say much after that he just grabbed my hand we crossed the street together. I looked up and noticed a beautiful restaurant in front of me, it had a few steps and small fountain on the sides; the scenery was breath taking. Prodigy helped me up the stairs and as we approached the entrance he opened the door for me because he's a gentleman; but I also knew he looked at my butt as I walked inside first.
How do I know?
I had looked over my shoulder and saw him looking but when he saw me see him, Prodigy quickly looked up at me with an innocent smile. I smiled and rolled my eyes, I decided to get a quick look at my surroundings and I must say that this restaurant is gorgeous on the inside as well as the outside. It had so many nice chandeliers and the wallpaper a nice purple a gold color; I did notice how there was only one table in the middle of the nice tile floor and was set for only two people. He must of rented out the whole restaurant for just us to eat a nice sweet dinner in peace, and that's exactly what we did. We sat there talking, laughing, eating, and just enjoying each other's company. In the midst of our wonderful conversation a waitress approached our table holding a small plate with a chocolate cupcake on it. I watched as she placed it on the table and left, the cupcake had white icing and a lit candle sticking out of it.
