Sometimes.......
There are certain characters.......
That will ether do one of three things.......
1- will constantly pop up out of now where, make you confused about what's happening then disappears and does this whole process again and again until you can't watch the anime anymore because your too confused
2- will show up at some random time, will disappear until last second, then in which they will do something violent or stupid; causing viewers to get pissed of
3- will make viewers hate them the second they say their first line and then bugger off for the rest of the anime. This will then lead you to feel pissed off cause you ether want to kill them for the one thing they said, or just because you wanna know if they come back or not and when they don't, it just pisses you off more.

I can't personally say that every anime or most animes have one of these characters, but I have spotted one or two a few times, and it was mostly just 1 or 3 that they used.
