Emir And Feriha - The Journey Continues

Part 13:

Over couple of days feriha was busy with cansu, reviewing all the business processes of the hotel. She held separate meetings with the asst. managers of all the departments. It was quite tiresome but she had to understand the way this hotel was managing all the business. She was quite unsatisfied with the way the sales and marketing was handled. She discussed with cansu a need of a new recruit for the marketing head. She had made observations in the in-house functioning of the hotel. Over all the hotel had to improve on a lot of fronts and for that perhaps some more money had to be pumped in. The finances of the hotel have been in pretty bad shape for couple of years. Overall the situation at the hotel was grim.

Emir's night club was struggling with double blow of Ece's departure and hotels bad reputation. After ece had joined the rival club she had robbed his club of few key employees like his marketing and sales manager, bartender and a popular DJ. Emir had a herculean task of employing these staff members and most important find someone who will replace an efficient general manager like ece. He also had to rework his marketing strategies with the marketing team. To keep his night club in top position he had a lot of hard work to do.
While all this was going on emir and ferihas work front, they somehow managed to steal time for themselves at the hotel.
It was morning, Emir opened his eyes to find feriha's luggage lined against the wall of the bedroom close to the door. He hated the sight and turned his face away. He got up and with a frown on his face he called feriha. Feriha came running to the room and said "good morning" and sat beside him on the bed.
"good morning. So the day has come"
Feriha hid her displeasure and tried to cheer up emir "it won't be long"
Emir pulled her closer; feriha closed her eyes and held his cheek with one hand. She gently tilted her forehead to touch his forehead and said softly "I love you a lot. I will miss you so much" emir closed his eyes too and replied "I love you too" and he kissed her.

Koray and hande:

Koray was on cloud nine. Since that night he was with hande. He wouldn't let go of her even for few minutes. She was with him day and night. Koray was sleeping on the bed with hande. He was awake and stroking her hair and hande was still sleeping. Koray was planning the future. He was planning to discuss with hande their marriage. He did not want to delay that at any cost. After so many years of staying away from her he did not want anything to go wrong.
Hande got up and turned to hug koray and koray wrapped his hand around her. "good morning"
"good morning"
"when did you get up?"
"tell me what breakfast are we going to eat?"
Hande got up and sat "let's eat outside"
"okay. Let's get ready"
They threw the sheet away and started to dress up.
While hande was in the bathroom koray called her and said "hande lets go back to Istanbul"
Hande peeped out of the bathroom door and asked "when do you want to go?"
"it's for you to decide" and he went close to her near the door and said "decide our wedding too"
Hande smiled happily "you want to go to Istanbul to marry me"
"yes"
"we can marry here as well, why do we have to go to Istanbul for that"
"ok" he pulled her out "come let's get married now then"
Hande closed on him and pushed him to the wall "koray, are you sure? Because then there will be no looking back"
"you are asking me whether I am sure"
"because you have a history of slipping out not me"
"hande are you testing me?"
"whatever" and she turned away
Koray stopped her and said in her ears "I want to marry you because I hate to spend life without you around. Every moment of these 3 years I saw only one face that was yours. There is no koray without you." hande became a bit emotional and hugged him tightly.
Later that day they booked the tickets to Istanbul. Koray had not informed Emir about them. He wanted to surprise emir and feriha.

Aysun and Unal:

Aysun told unal that she met emir and she discussed with him about their marriage.
"So what did he say, when should we plan aysun?"
"feriha is going for a week to US, he suggested to plan after that"
"hmmm....and was he worried?"
"I asked him about ece, he said everything was fine"
Unal didn't say anything but he had figured out that emir was having tough days at club. He had stopped working but his network was still good.
