Chapter 4

I woke up with sun light in my eye which almost blinded me. I stretched then grabbed my phone. I went on Twitter to see what I missed. I seen a picture with me and Jc at the beach. It was captioned

'Mystery Girl'

We were about to kiss. I screenshot it then cropped it. I stood up and walked to the bathroom. I did my business then went downstairs. Diamond was cooking. I sat down at the table with my phone."Today I'm gonna go explore LA." I said."Cool I'm gonna go get my eyebrows done." She said handing me a plate."Good cause they need some cutting." I said eating my breakfast.

I said taking a bite of the bacon. I was soon finished and I went back upstairs. I brushed my teeth then straightened my hair. I put  on eyeliner and mascara then went to my closet. I found a grey dress like shirt with it slit at the sides. I wore some blue skinny jeans with some white vans. I grabbed my white Nike hat and put it on.

I grabbed my wallet and phone then went downstairs. I got my penny board then left. I went to Starbucks because I needed coffee. I stood in line."Can I get a cotton candy frappé please." I asked."Sure and what's your name?" She asked."Taji." I said then went to go sit down.

"Excuse me, are you the mystery girl?" Some girls came up to me and asked."I don't know what your talking about." I said dialing Jc's number."Taji." I heard someone say. I went to get my drink."Thanks." I said. It was that guy again.

"Hey, what's up?" Jc asked.

"Some girls came up to me and asked was I the mystery girl in the picture and I don't know what to tell them."

"Well you are so tell them yeah."

"Okay see you later."

"See you later."

"You didn't call me." The guy said from yesterday."Um-" I got interrupted by the girls."Is this you?" They said showing me the picture."Yes that's me." I said."And I lost your number." I said turning towards the guy."So are you Jc's girlfriend?" They asked."I don't know yet." I said."Don't call me if you have a boyfriend." The guy said."I never was going to call you. I didn't even want to call you the first time." I said rudely. He looked hurt.

I walked out the store and went to the park. I sat down at one of the tables in the shade."Excuse me can we ask you a couple of questions?"  I turned around and saw two girls and one was recording."Why?" I asked."Well there's this picture on Twitter-" I interrupted her."And you want to know if that's me? Yes that is me and no he's not my boyfriend." I said then stood up.

I walked away and rode back to Diamond's house. She wasn't there. I walked in and locked the door. I went up to my room. I set my alarm for 3 hours. I soon went to sleep.

I woke up to ringing. It was my phone so I turned it off and got up. I went to my bathroom and took a quick shower. I put on red lipstick and curled my hair. I put on eyeliner and mascara on. I used gold and black eyeshadow. I put on a gray tight dress with white vans. I put a red flannel around my waist and put on some hooped gold earrings. I put on a gold chain and a ring. I also put on a choker.

I looked in the mirror and took a picture. I captioned the picture 'Is this cute💁🏽💦👑' I posted it on all social media and I started to get likes and comments. I put my phone on vibrate. I read one of the comments and it said.

'Aren't you the mystery girl?' I responded to the comment saying,

'yes I am'.
