Stop and wonder what life would be like
If all you had for transport was an old shitty bike
And just think about how it might be
If you were never ever ever going to be free
Stop sobbing and listen to the cries of others
Screaming to God since they lost their mothers
Honey, don't you see? You're not so hard done by

Look at your life and then at a refugees'
You walk proudly through the streets while they're weak at the knees
A lack of communication may be rough
But a lack of identity is much more tough
We have mobile devices, laptops and gold
All that these kids want is not to be cold
Honey, don't you see? You're not so hard done by

You worry about your looks and your reputation
When others are worrying about their nation
The bombs and the deaths and the ruthless attacks
These poor children are told to never look back
So stop your complaining; you're not gonna die
Because honey trust me, You're not so hard done by
