Hannah's POV

I woke up the next morning with a headache

It was more like a migraine

I was still in bed wondering where my phone was

I was looking around the room and spotted one of my bags and my purse

I got out of bed and looked in the bag

It was filled with some of my clothes

I then looked in my purse and found my phone

I unlocked my phone and to my surprise not any texts or calls from Weston

But from Mario...

I locked my phone and put it down

I then went into my bag with clothes and got a long sleeve shirt and some leggings then some undergarments

I then went to the bathroom to shower

I turned on the water and made sure it wasn't too hot

I then went in and felt the water fall on me

I then just started sobbing

I didn't even know why

I was crying over a stupid boy that never loved or cared about me

I stopped and forced my feeling to go away

I then washed my hair and body

Once I was out I dried myself off
I got dressed and walked out of the bathroom

I was on my phone when I looked up and saw a large bouquet of roses on the side desk. I smiled and saw a note on the side of them

I grabbed the note and it read...

Sorry I wasn't here to help you the first day but I brought these for you. Again I'm so sorry. I love you. P.s. I also brought a little friend for you.

I smiled

But who brought them?

I put the note down and saw that something was under the covers of the hospital's bed

I went over to the bed and pulled the covers back

I was in shock!

It was the biggest teddy bear that I have ever seen!

It also had a bow tie!

I picked him up and read the note that was on his bow tie

I was holding him and looking at him when I felt arms wrap around my waist

I jumped and turned

I then got pulled into a huge bear hug

"I'm so glad you're ok Hannah!"

I didn't hug back at first but then realized who it was

"Thanks you for everything!" I said hugging back
