It's been maybe a year since Pokemon Black 2 and White 2 came out. I've played through both games many times, getting all my favorite Pokemon and legendaries and trading them to my newest game, Pokemon Y. I got home after another horrible day of high school. I wanted to play Pokemon so I left my backpack in the living room and went downstairs to my room.

My room was a mess currently, you can't even see the carpet. "I'll clean my room later" I though as I picked up my 3DS, which was laying on my bed, the only clean thing in my room. I noticed that there was no game in it, yet I remember leaving my Pokemon Y in my DS. I looked around my bed, under my covers and pillows and even my nightstand, it was nowhere to be seen. I guess my only option is to play one of my old games. I kept my old games in the compartment in my nightstand. I dug through the pile of old DS games and picked at random. I put the game in my DS and loaded it up. It was my Pokemon Black 2. I had played through Black 2 about 4 times, so I decided to do something different. I looked up online on my laptop and got a few codes for my action replay. I added the codes and loaded the game up again. I deleted my current save file, as I had no important Pokemon on it, and started a new game. After playing through it for a while I realized that my Pokemon gained more EXP than in the regular game, I guess the action reply did work for once, I also got a Shiny Eevee as my starter instead of being able to pick from the main three starters. I named the Eevee Ella. Ella was the strongest Pokemon on my team, she was level 18 while my Lillypup was level 14 and my Purrlion was level 13.

Over the past few days I've been obsessed with my Pokemon Black. I was now fighting the elite four for the 7th time. My team was A level 100 White Kyurem, a level 100 Lucario, a level 100 Conkeldure, a level 100 Excadrill, a level 100 Musharna, and a level 100 Lilligant. I had completely forgot about Ella, who was an Umbreon now at level 66. One of the hacks I added in to my game made it possible for a shiny Eevee to evolve into an Umbreon with different ring colors ranging from the ordinary and common light blue, to a bright green. Ella, has evolved to be an Umbreon with Orange rings and yellow eyes. The reason I left her in my PC was because Ella was the only one on the team that was gaining EXP. It was really weird, I never used an EXP share, and I even tried winning battles using only one Pokemon, one that wasn't Ella. But she was the only one that got the EXP. I had made it to the champion room but it was different.. The room seemed darker, and Iris the champion was nowhere to be seen. Standing in her place.. Was the sprite of an Umbreon with orange rings and yellow eyes... A text box appeared and It said one sentence that scared the heck out of me... ???: "Why did you leave me?". I want to just close my DS there and eject the game but my curiosity got the better of me. Another text box appeared. ???: "Was I not strong enough? I'll show you that I am!". After that I was automatically thrown into a Pokemon battle, it was the Umbreon... It's name was Ella... I knew it had to be her, but why, and how? My white Kyurem was the first in my party so it was out in battle. I went to items and tried to throw a Pokemon. A text box appeared, "Ella refuses to go back... Ella used Jealousy, it was super effective, Kyurem has died". I stared at the last part for a while, Pokemon can't die... How is this possible? "Ella gained 100000 EXP". After that Ella kept leveling up, until she was level 166? How come my other Pokemon weren't able to level up over 100?!?!? At this point I was freaking out. I sent out my Lucario and clicked fight. "Lucario used Close Combat, it was super effective!" Ella's HP dropped to about half way. "Ella used Despair, it was super effective! Lucario Died...". I was hoping that this was just a joke as part of one of the hacks, and my Pokemon were still ok. I knew I could beat Ella, I had 4 Pokemon left. I sent out Conkeldurr. I clicked fight and clicked Brick Break. This should be enough, Conkelduer has a higher attach stat than Lucario. "Conkeldurr used Brick Break, it was super effective!". Ella's HP went down to zero but she didn't faint, Pokemon normally would faint when their HP gets down to zero. "Ella refused to give up, Ella's HP was restored". I watched in awe as her HP went all the way back to full, I just couldn't believe it. At this point Ella was level 266... "Ella used Despair, it was super effective! Conkeldurr Died..". At this point there was no way I could win, Ella gained another 100 levels up to level 366. I sent out Musharna. At this point type advantage won't matter anymore, there is no way I can win this battle. I tried again to throw a poke ball at Ella, again it said, "Ella refuses to go back". Ella used Sorrow, it was super effective! Musharna died". Again Ella got another 100 levels to level 466. I sent my second to last Pokemon out.. Lilligant. I clicked attack and told Lilligant to use petal dance. "Lilligant used petal dance, it missed". All I could do was sit there and watch as Ella killed all my Pokemon. "Ella used Jealousy, it was super effective! Lilligant died". Ella gained more EXP and more levels to level 566. All I have left is my Excadrill... I sent Excadrill out, my last hope is to flee from the battle, I clicked run. "Ella won't let you leave". I lost, there is no possible way to win. "Ella used Forgotten, it was super effective! Excadrill died. Ella leveled up to level 666..., The battle ended, but the black out screen didn't appear and I wasn't as the poke center like every other time when my team fainted. I was in an unknown place, it looked like some sort of cavern with crimson red crystals and blood stains on the floor. My character started walking through the cave, I wasn't in control anymore. He stopped at what seemed like a. Exit to the cave then continued through the exit. My character was on a cliff, still, with blood stains and a few of the crystals. I was getting terrified now, my heart was beating faster than it ever has before. At the edge of the cliff was Ella. A text box appeared. ???: "I'm stronger now... No one will stand in my way, we will be friends forever!". The text box disappeared. Ella walked over to him and started to drag him to the the edge. Another text box appeared. ???: "Together forever... Any Pokemon that tries to take you away from me will be no more than EXP...". After that Ella pushed my character off the edge and jumped off along with him. My vision started to turn black and I fainted. I woke up the next morning, my mom was calling me for breakfast, it was Saturday morning... I picked up my DS, it was turned off. I turned it on and loaded up my Pokemon Black 2 to see if that was just a dream. There were no save files... If it was just a dream, my old save file would have still been there... My mom shouted again, calling me again. "Coming!" I shouted as I turned my DS off and got up. I glanced at it one more time then looked away and went upstairs for breakfast. I'll never hack my Pokemon games ever again...
