Louis waved at a fan wearing a Louis ❤ Harry shirt and gave her a smile. She began to cry as Louis looked away and began singing his shared verse in Wolves . His vision went black for a moment causing him to stop singing and blink a few times, his hand coming up to press into his eyes.

Liam smoothly continued to sing were Louis left off, Niall joining him. Harry sent Louis a concerned look from the other side of the stage.

When his vision came back, Liam was in front of him pulling out his in-ears. One of Louis' was already out, he leaned in and asked are you okay? Louis playfully shoved Liam away with a big smile before skipping away, ignoring the way he got slightly lightheaded from it.

When they finished singing Wolves , the boys left Liam on stage to go change. Louis stumbled back stage and immediately took a seat. He closed his eyes and took deep breaths, blocking everything out.

When he opened his eyes again, he ignored the glances he got from Harry and Niall and changed his shirt. He grabbed a water bottle and quickly gulped it down before grabbing his mic and walking back on stage.

"Alright payno, think they're tired of hearing about your album." Louis teased. Liam rolled his eyes and ran off back stage, leaving Louis to read some fan signs.

"Well well well Wellington." Louis laughed. "Bet ya loved to hear what happened there. Proper embarrassing really." Louis spoke moving on to the next sign, ignoring how loud the fans got.

"One Direction is better without Zayn." Louis frowned slightly. "Well that's not very nice now is it." Harry and Niall walked back on stage, Harry smoothly slapping Louis' bum as he passed. Louis gasps, "Harold, no touching the goods." He teased Harry laughed.

"Wasn't saying that last week." The fans started chanting larry as Liam came out.

"Who wants to hear AM!?" Niall cheered.

Louis tried to focus on another sign when he suddenly got very lightheaded. He moved to sit down when everything went black and he was falling towards a guard.

Louis gasped, opened his eyes and sat up. Harry jumping in surprise before wrapping his arms around him.

"God you scared me." Harry mumbled, Louis melting into his hold almost immediately.

"Sorry." He whispered.

"Are you going to tell us what's going on?" Liam spoke up. Louis turned his attention to Liam, noticing Niall was also in the room.

"I-I don't know what you're talking-"

"Oh come off it mate. You haven't smoked in weeks. You're eating more fruits than Harry at this point and you've actually joined me when I go to the gym. And-"

"Liam he gets it." Niall spoke up. "Just tell us what's going on Louis."

"I can't." Louis spoke, moving into Harry's lap and curling up against him. Liam scoffed in disbelief.

"If there's anyone you can tell it's us mate. You pregnant or something because we won't think it's weird." Niall teased lightly, hoping to get a smile. He didn't.

Louis just shook his head.

"Louis, please. You're scaring us." Harry whispered into his hair. Louis bit his lip as tears sprung to his eyes. Liam rolled his eyes.

"Just tell us lewis!" Liam hissed causing Louis to flinch. Liam only called him that when he is extremely irritated with Louis. Louis opened and closed his mouth a few times before just shaking his head and looking down. Liam kicked over a chair before stomping out of the room.

Niall looked uncomfortable.

"I'll go-" he pointed in the direction Liam left and followed after him.

"Lou, it's just me. Just us. Tell me what's going on so I can help. I want-i need to help. I don't like see you in so much pain."

They sat in silence for a few seconds before Louis spoke.

"I'm sick Harry. I'm dying." Louis finally whispered.
