"Look, Jaime,it's all in the past now. The school is gone and I don't want to talk about it anymore. I don't want to talk about us anymore."

"One last question and you'll never hear from me again."

"You just don't know when to stop, do you, J?"

"Are you seeing anyone now, Ell?"

"None of your business."

"Ah, so you are. That's good, Ell. I hope he makes you happy. I hope he takes good care of you."

"God, when are they opening this elevator?."

"Do I know him, Ell?"

"You do."

"Who?"

"Anton."

"Anton Barria?"

"Yes."

"But...why? You could do so better than him."

"And I could slap you again."

"You used to hate that man's guts as much as I did, Ell. What the he'll happened?"

"He's been good to me."

"He's not. Let me just put it out there since I probably won't see you after this anyway. He isn't good enough for you, Ella."

"How dare you. Seriously, James, how dare you."

"He's a cheat and you know it. Anton takes after his dad. He denies it but he's gonna run for congress one of these days. At least when I was a volunteer teacher, I didn't do it with an agenda, but Anton -- where do I even start? You do know his dad pocketed our funding, right? He benefited from it, too, and that's not even the worst of it."

"That's not true. Anton is even the reason why the school is being rebuilt. His dad has been generous to us."

"Is that what he's saying? Geez, the man is unbelievable."

"Are you saying Anton is lying to me?"

"Yes, he is. He's a liar and a cheat. He always has been and that's not changing anytime soon."

"Just go to hell, J."
