Jack made himself comfortable as the guardians soon arrived and surprisingly to Jack, pitch was also with them. North stared at Jack then at Emily smiling "it's great to see you again Emily!". Pitch from time to time stared at Emily and Emily did the same . Jack stood on his feet and pulled bunny aside "so why is she and pitch acting weird?" Bunnymund stared at Jack confused and shrugged "there always like this mate, he doesn't want to do much with his daughter and she doesn't want to see him either..". Jack took a while to realise and jumped around "you mean there?!..but how!.." Everyone looked at Jack confused as he seemed to have life in him again. Jack stared at pitch and frowned slightly "when were you gonna tell me she's your daughter!  I have someone to relate to now!" Both pitch and Emily went quiet. "This is great!" He repeated laughing slightly looking at everyone and settling down . "Or not..."

Emily sighed looking at Jack "no it's not great, I hate him..and I don't do hate.." Jacks eyes widened looking at pitch and back at her "he's not bad, once you get to know him.." Pitch grabbed jacks shoulder and sighed "shut up frost..don't try too". He crossed his arms stepping back away from everyone and tuning out. "Anyway Jack, if you need a place to stay I'll gladly welcome you" Emily smiled gently hugging the winter spirit but Jack pushed back slightly and smiled "thanks for the offer but I'm happy where I am..". Emily nodded talking back to north privately as Jack was throwing snow balls at bunny laughing his head off. "You quiet slow for a kangaroo ". Bunnymunds ears twitch at the word kangaroo and growled softly "I ain't a kangaroo mate, I'm a bunny..". Jack was stopped by north smiling "let's get home Jack, we want to try more training..". He nodded furrowing his brow not seeing pitch anywhere but still went back to the North Pole training until it was late.
