Chapter 2

Jason's pov

Today is my show in Alabama I also get to meet Sierra I was getting ready to go on stage when my manager walked over

"hey man whats up" I asked

"just wondering who's that little girl sitting in the VIP section" he asked

"oh that's my biggest fan she's meeting me after the show" I said

"well it's show time" he said tossing me my mic I smiled and walked on stage.

Brandon's pov

He was singing wheels rolling when I heard a gun go off and then I felt a sharp pain in my stomach I looked down and saw blood I had been shot all I remember was Sierra screaming daddy and then I blacked out.

Jasons pov

My body guard ran on stage and got me to a safe room

"wait I need someone to find Sierra this is what she looks like, find her and being her to me" I said showing one of the security guards her picture he nodded and went to find her, I hope shes okay.

A few minutes later he came back in carrying Sierra in his arms

"Jason" she cried reaching for me I took her from his arms and held her tight while whispering words of comfort in her ear

"Jason her dad was the one that got shot, and he didn't make it" Kevin, my security guard said I nodded looked down at Sierra poor thing shes so upset and traumatized.

"Mike get my lawyer on the phone and set up a meeting I'm signing adoption papers" I said

"Jason are you sure about this I mean your schedule is too full you don't have time to raise a child and be on tour" he said

"Mike Im not gonna let her go into some foster home I'm adopting her" I said he nodded and went to call my lawyer. That night we were on my bus and Sierra had finally fell asleep in my lap, poor thing shes been through a lot and now I'm the only one she has left.

We stopped at a Walmart to fill up and I went inside with Kurt and we got some stuff for Sierra until I could get home and get everything else

"Hey I think what your doing is amazing, not many guys would do what you did" he said

"thanks man, now your a dad so how do you take care of a kid" I asked he asked

"don't worry we're all here to help" he said I smiled and thanked him and we finished shopping and then went back to the bus and Tully was trying to calm Sierra down

"what happened" I asked taking her

"she had a nightmare and freaked out when she saw you weren't here" he said I hugged her tight and kissed her head

"don't worry I'm not going anywhere I promise" I said she laid her head on my shoulder and fell asleep I laid her in my bed and laid next to her pulling her close to me. I will do everything to protect and take care of this little girl.
