"Let me change them! Can I change the Gee?" I pleaded with him, I wanted him to see me, even though I may be blurry.
"Sure, do you know how?" He asked me.
"Yeah, I've seen Mikey and the doctors do it." He sat down on my hospital bed and looked in my direction. I placed my hands on his cheeks and kissed him softly, before unwrapping the bandages from around his eyes.
"Close your eyes, dingus. You don't want to be blinded by the light!" I said jokingly. He laughed with me. I pulled them off and he opened his eyes.
He gasped, "Frank, you're beautiful!"
I blushed in response, "So you can see?"
"It's just a bit blurry, but yeah, I can see! Frank this is so exciting! You're so handsome! I love you so much!" He embraced me and babbled into my shoulder.
"I still need to put your bandages back on, Gee." I chuckled. He complied and let me put them back on.
I kissed him on his temple, "I love you so much, Gee."
"I love you too, Frankie." He responded.
