As Sally inspected the walls, the images started moving. A soft voice told her to not question it, and she listened.
The Werewolves had been around as long, if not longer, than humans.
During the Prehistoric Era, when man was young, the wolves helped them learn and survive. Time went on and the two species lived as one, until famine came. In a desperate attempt for survival, some wolves began eating the humans. That's how the two different groups were created.
As time went by, humans began telling stories about humans are who had the ability to become wolves during the full moon.
Sensing danger, the wolves who didn't eat humans went into hiding, living in human villages but never turning into their wolf form.
The werewolf myth never died due to fear and the occasional Hunter attack. However, werewolves led normal lives. They held positions of power, they were bakers, neighbors, friends.
Eventually, the Hiders decided to take action and protect the humans from the Hunters.
War was inevitable, and so rose the two leaders of the two different packs. The Hunters were vicious but the Hiders were smart and knew how to wait.
There was a prophecy, however, that made the Hunters and the Hiders alike fight and not give up.
The child of the Marked, descendant from both packs, would have absolute power, and it will be up to that child to either protect the humans or enslave them forever. The mother, a queen, the last hope for her people. And the father, son of no one, yet the most important and highest ranking wolf of all.
And the day the prophecy was to be fulfilled was fast approaching.

A/N. Short I know I'm sorry but it's kinda set to make the sequel work. I'm thinking four more chapters before this book ends.
Also I'm thinking of casting people for the characters. Let me know what you think!
All the love 💗💗💗
