her stomach yearns in earnest,
the aromas of luxurious delicacies,
teasing her,
taunting her,
but her conscience,
allows the familiar darkness to devour her mind,
and a mist of images attack her;
numbers rising,
flesh thickening,
bones receding,
so she turns away with a look of distaste,
and whilst her stomach growls in protest,
her mind screams in defeat,
because obesophobia has won,
once again.
