chapter 3

*in the evening*

"You know i just think theres much more. I mean i cant live my life like this forever. I wanna travel the world, see different places and other cultures. i wanna make new experiences." I said, looking to the sea.

it has become late, it was like 11pm or something in this very moment.

We were sitting on the edge of a landing stage, one old lantern was shining in a soft orange shade above us.

There was a light wind, what made the temperature exactly right. and besides, Laura extremely gorgeous.

Each time she looked to the sea as well, I gazed over to her short. The wind made her hair fly back, so i saw her side profile.

She was by far one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen in my whole life. number one was and will stay my mother.

"Yes i can totally understand you, my whole life, i never did something exciting, nor special. And im 19 years old. of course theres still so much time left for me, but i wanna begin living my life." She answered to what i just said seconds before, while I already forgot that i said something at all.

"We should go on a world journey together some day, you know like best friends do it." She said softly, looking over to me.

But when i didn't answer, she became nervous, "unless i am no longer your best friend of course."

In the same second i came back to reality and shook my head, "yes. laura you are my best friend. you always have been. All the 10 years. and it would be a pleasure to do this with you." I smiled at her. She smiled as well.

"We should go, its pretty late." Laura almost whispered and stood up. "Youre probably right." That was when i did the same.

I led her to the door of her dads house, what didnt take that long because the landing stage was literally a few meters away from her house. she lived in front of the haven.

she stood in front of me, looking at me smiling. "This day was beautiful. Im so happy to have you back. How long are you gonna stay?"

"One week." I answered, a bit sadly. I just couldn't believe that i had to leave her again then. After 10 years, where I finally got her back, it would be so freaking hard to say goodbye.

"7 Days,well. 6 days. We are gonna use each of them for things we loved to do and things we never did before. This should be the best 6 days of our lives. Alright?"

I smiled a bit, "Im in."

She giggled, "Okay till tomorrow then." Laura leaned over and kissed my cheek what caused me to smile even more.

"Have a good night and sleep well. Fetch me around 9am so we can go eat breakfast together." She added before stepping inside her house.

"you too." I spoke quietly and watched her.

I walked to my stay and threw myself onto the bed, looked at the ceiling.

This day was incredible. It was real. And there are 6 days left of them. I was so ready to spend them with her.

I stood up, dressed my shirt off, afterwards my jeans, went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth. Then i went to bed and took my phone, answered a few people.
