Results Day - Bucky X Reader

Hi, everyone just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the people that have been reading and voting on this book. I wrote this because I know that at this time of year people are getting their exam results back and I know that I'm very nervous for mine, so I hope this helps and good luck! Quick shot out to my best friend McrMarvelLoki . You should go read her fanfics too they're amazing. I dedicate this to her and hopefully this will be us on results day!

"Y/N?" Bucky said as he walked into the living room where you were sat flicking through the channels on the TV. You jumped you hadn't realised that anybody else was up yet.

"Oh. Hey Buck." you replied as he sat down next to you on the sofa.

"What are you doing up this early? Have you even slept you look a bit tired." concern flashed across Bucky's face.

"Thanks! And no I haven't. I'm really nervous about getting my exam results back and I just hope that they'll be good." you admitted.

"Hey, if there's one thing you shouldn't be worrying about it's that! I know how hard you worked and it would be criminal if you didn't get the grades you wanted. When is it? I'll drive you."

"I'm picking them up at 9 today, but you really don't have to I can do this on my own."

"No I'm not having it I'm driving you. Now since we have a bit of time because its so early and it doesn't look like either of us are going to sleep, I suggest that we put on Supernatural to take your mind off of things." With that Bucky took the remote and put on your favourite episode of Supernatural.

"Thanks, Buck." You said leaning into his side.

*Time Skip*

You had just picked up your results and was stood outside with Bucky. Your shaky hands opened the envelope and you prepared yourself for the worst. Your eyes cast down the grades.

"Oh my Chuck." You breathed out. Bucky looked at you expectantly.

"I got the grades! I GOT AN A!" You screamed in delight as you wrapped your arms around Bucky. He laughed and picked you up and twirled you around.

"Well done, Doll! I knew you could do it!." Bucky said setting you down on the ground.

You jumped up and down with a ridiculous smile on your face. Bucky smiled at you with admiration. He loved seeing his best girl happy.

"Well to celebrate I'm taking you to brunch. You can pick where we go." Bucky said.

"No, no, no, Bucky. It's goof enough of you coming with me." you protested.

"I insist, and I thought that it could maybe be like a date if you wanted it to be. It doesn't matter if not." Bucky said nervously rubbing the back of his neck. You hugged him tightly again then kissed him on the cheek.

"Can this day get any better!" You squealed. Bucky smiled. He took that as a yes.
