Katy was a normal teenage girl, she liked school, and had friends by her side. She wasn't into celebrities or fame that much, and really didn't care about having a boyfriend. Especially not a famous one. Could this all change for Katy after her best friend asks her to do one small favor?.....

Katy's POV.

"I seriously don't believe you!" Sara cried for the third time during lunch.

She has been attacking me every possible second about this celebrity she liked who was famous from YouTube or something. Truthfully, even though she's my best friend I stopped listening after a while. Don't get me wrong I love her to death but she can get pretty annoying when it comes to boys, especially celebrities. Considering the fact that I know she usually gets over them after about two months, so I usually just put up with it.

"I told you already, I don't know or care about this Justin Mahoney kid you're talking about. You know he's famous and nothing will ever happen, so don't get so worked up about him! I know you! It's just a matter of time."I claimed. By the look on her face I knew i must have been a little too harsh so I apologized "listen, Sara I didn't mean to sound aggressive it's just that all that comes out of this is you becoming depressed when they don't answer you on twitter. And honestly, it kills me to see you depressed over such stupidity."

I knew that she accepted my apology when I saw a smile appear on her face. "It really kills you to see me depressed?" She asked. I turned to her giving her the most confused expression I could muster. "What kind of friend would I be if It didn't?" I exclaimed.

Before she could answer me the bell rang for the end of lunch and the beginning of chemistry.

My name is Katherine Anderson, but everyone calls me Katy I have blue green eyes and dirty blonde hair I'm about 5 foot 3 and I am considered skinny and petite. ( but I think I look like a grape with legs.) I guess you could say I have low self esteem, but that's just how I see myself.

I honestly love school I know it may sound weird to most teenagers. But what could I say I'm just the type of girl who likes learning and writing notes. I'm not a total nerd. Especially chemistry, I was good at it and I understood it so it just made me love it more. Obviously I like hanging out with my friends and partying like every other teenager. I'm not a total nerd, even though I kind of give of that impression with perfect attendance.

As I walked to class I saw my best friend James. We were friends since preschool. James was a Tall somewhat muscular boy with blonde hair and blue eyes. I personally thought he was attractive but I just didn't like him like that we were best friends and I didn't want to ruin that by thinking any more of it. I remember how it all started he and I were in the same pre 1-A class, it was during snack time and James was sitting next to me on my right side and this kid Riley Gartier who I hate until this day on my left side, the teacher handed out cookies for snack and I guess Riley finished his because before I could even take a bite out of my cookie he grabbed it from me. I guess James was watching the whole thing because he got up and pulled the cookie out of Riley's hands and gave it to me. Ever since then we've been the best of friends.

"Hey" James said giving me a hug, and pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Hi, where were you until now?" I asked concerned as to why he wasn't here in the morning.

"I had a doctors appointment, sorry I guess I forgot to text you. What were you concentrated on so deeply before I kind of brought you back to earth?" He asked in a sarcastic tone.

"Oh nothing, just about how we became friends." I said with a smile.

I saw the right side of his lip lift as he gave me one of his famous smirks that seemed to get all the girls attention. "Anyways I got to get to class I don't want to be late." I said

After I turned around and started walking down the hall I heard him say something I wouldn't let him get away with. "Oh sorry we wouldn't want miss perfect attendance to be late, would we?" He said.

"You're going to pay for that one." I said without even turning around."you better watch out!" I heard him open his locker and let out a small sarcastic "ok I will!" Before I turned the corner and into chemistry class.
