(Wednesday)

I waited for my last class to end. Everyone from my new group is going to Simon's football match. Simon and I agreed to meet in the hallway, again. The bell rang and I quickly walked to the hallway.

After a few minutes Simon came there, wearing his football kit with the number '7' on it.

"You look cute." I say and peck his lips. He pulls me closer and starts kissing me.

"You came here to start kissing me before your exhausting match?" I asked as I pulled away

"It's for good luck." He said and giggles.

"Come here." I said and kissed him softly. He held me close.

About few minutes later, he had to go. He pulled away from the kiss.

"I have to go." He said, resting his forehead on mine.

"Here. Keep this for me while I'm playing. And when it ends, let's meet behind the football stands, okay?" He said handing me his pinky ring.

"Okay." I smiled and pecked his lips. He held my hand as we walked in the P.E hall. We went to the other exit, that leads to our school football pitch.

"You go first." I said as I opened the heavy door.

He looked around and kissed me slowly one more time.

"Good luck. I'll be there in a few minutes." I said. He smiled and ran off to the hallway outside that leads to the pitch.

I light a cigarette and stare at his ring, with a smile on my face.

After a few minutes I walked to the football stands. I noticed Mike and Taylor sitting there in the full crowd of students. I sat next to Mike. He was sitting next to Taylor. They both smiled at me.

"Hey guys." I normally said, everyone is loud, so only they can hear me.

"Annabelle, hey." I heard some say, as they tapped my shoulder. I turned around and noticed Pam, alongside with Michael, Carrie and Seth.

"Hi guys." I said with a smirk. I turned back around and saw the football team came on the pitch. I saw Simon and instantly smiled. He looked at our row and seats because we told him where are we going to sit. I stare at him with a smile, holding his ring in my hand. Taylor looked at me.

"You two are together now, aren't you?" She asked with a smirk whilst Mike also smiled at me.

"I guess you can say that." I chuckled. She squeaked a bit and hugged me. She moved as I glanced at the pitch. Simon was the captain of his team. Taylor stared at me the whole time, watching my smile.

The match started as I watched Simon the whole time. He looks like he's very skillful in this. The first goal he assisted, and his team was winning 1:0.

I loved watching him be so organised and determined in his role of team captain.

He talked to his team during the halftime. In one moment I caught him staring at me. The leader of his group, who was also the other striker for his team, interrupted his stare asking him something about the match.

The halftime ended and they got back on the pitch. In the second half the other team (different school) scored and the scores were 1:1. About 20 minutes after that tense game, Simon scored. It made me smile so much, as I could only hear people cheering. His teammates cheered for him as he looked at us. Me, Taylor, Mike and the others were cheering alongside with other people.

I could tell he was happy when he saw me, proudly smiling at him.

When the match ended, I stayed close to the stands. Firstly waiting for everyone to go so I can meet Simon. I still held his ring in my hand.

"You can go home, Taylor. I won't stay too long." I quietly said, being aware if someone's around.

"Be careful, okay?" She says

"Always." I say with a smile. She left with Mike, Pam and Seth. Everyone from the pitch and from the stands left, so I was just waiting for Simon behind the football stands.

It was a freezing night, but definitely worth waiting for him.

I saw him come around the corner. He had his hoodie and backpack on. I giggled and ran up to him as he picked me up and spun me around for a while. He put me down and I hugged him.

"You were amazing. I'm so proud of you." I said.

"I did my best." He chuckled.

"Here." I said and handed him his ring.

"Thank you for keeping it. I never give that ring to anyone, but I trusted you." He said with a smile.

I smiled and pressed my lips against his. He pulled away and kissed me back.

"I felt so happy when I saw you sit there. It reminded me of the first day you noticed me." He said. I didn't say anything and just kissed him again.

"I'm going to this party now." He mentioned

"Oh yeah?"

"Yeah, it's going to be full of the people from sports clique, that are just going to exaggerate what I did, except Pam and Carrie." He said

"Take care, okay?" I say and look up.

"I will." He says and kissed my forehead.

"Simon." Pam and Carrie were calling out his name.

"Yeah?" He said as he looked to the corner, where they stood.

"Everyone wants to go to the party now." Pam said.

"I'll be there in a second." He said and they waked back to the others from the sports clique.

He turned back to me and held my cheeks as he slowly kissed me. I hugged his warm body. We moved away.

"It's Thursday tomorrow, so don't forget the new clique meeting." I said

"I won't, I'll be there." He said

"Bye Anna." He said and kissed my cheek.

"Bye." I said and walked to my house. I put my hands in my pockets, as I walked down the cold street.

I smiled on my way home. I got back and went to my garage. I still have to finish the map for tomorrow.
