Now, there are only two boys left. And if the girls have any brains, they are going to team up on us. So that means I have to team with Mike.

Some cave on the island:

Gwen's POV:

Chris brought us to the mouth of a cave! Caves can be very close and confined! I have claustrophobia! I can't do this!

Ethan POV:

"Attention, campers!" Chris says "Today we will be doing a race. Through a cave. A dark cave. With many twists and turns. And a low cieling. Last one out is eliminated!"

Gwen starts to shiver even though it isn't cold. It's probably from her claustrophobia.

"It's okay, Gwen," Chris said.

"Wow! I never knew Chris to be so kind," Zoey says to Mike.

But then, just to prove Zoey wrong, Chris says, "Not really!" Then to top it all off, he laughs! "Go!"

We all race in. I grab Mike aside. "What?" he asks.

"We need to form an alliance," I tell him. I'm about to continue when he starts.

"Yeah, you're right," he says. That was surprising. He runs off. That was easier than I thought.

Confessional/Mike

I hate to do this to Zoey, but there are four girls and two guys! I have to team up with Ethan. Maybe I can convince him to let Zoey team up with us!"

Lauren's POV:

Gwen and I ran together, but Gwen starts to speed up. She runs so fast I lose her, and we were in the lead.

Gwen's POV:

I didn't want to leave Lauren, but I have to get out of this cave. I came to four pathways. Oh no. Which way. I start to hyperventilate. I take the first one on the right. It was a very closed confined space. My teeth shudder and I am fighting the urge to scream.

Ethan' POV:

I'm in last right now. Lauren and Gwen are first and Zoey is in third. Mike ran ahead of me. I have to somehow get ahead of him so I wouldn't be eliminated!

Lauren's POV:

I came to four pathways. Two on the right, two on the left. I take the first one on the left.

Zoey's POV:

I see Lauren just in front of me enter the first path on the left. I wonder if I should follow her. I decide against it. I take the second path on the right.

Gwen's POV:

I see many bats on the roof of my path. I stop shivering so no bat will fly on me. I move slowly under the bats. I hear one start to move and I freeze. It brushed passed my hair and I scream! I flail my arms in the air and all the bats swarm me! "AHHHHHHHH!"

Zoey's POV:

I hear screaming right next to me. It sounds like Gwen! Oh no! It was dark in the cave, but I find a rock about the size of my head. I bang it on the wall. I keep smashing the rock until the wall crumbles I race into the other pathway and see bats swarming Gwen! I shoo them all away.

Lauren's POV:

I hear Gwen screaming and wonder if she was okay. Maybe she was just in a different tunnel or just far ahead. I continue through my tunnel.

Gwen's POV:

Someone comes in and makes all the bats go away. When they were all finally gone I saw it was Zoey, who had helped me.

I wrap my arms around her. "Thank you so much!"

She laughs. And then coughs "Can't. Breathe." I let her go. "Thanks," she says

Mike's POV:

I went in the first path on the right and had to run through some bats! How strange! After awhile I see Gwen and Zoey. I walk up to them.

"Hey, Mike," Zoey says Gwen turns around

"Oh, hi, Mike."

She turns back to Zoey. "Come on let's win this!" She grabs Zoey's hand and starts to run. Luckily, Zoey grabs my hand before I'm out of reach.

Gwen's POV:

Zoey, Mike and I run out of the cave. "Gwen wins the challenge!" Chris announces as the three of us come out.

Lauren's POV:

I come to the end of my tunnel. A dead end. Now I'm surely to be last!

Ethan POV:

When I finally get out of the cave I see that Zoey, Mike, and Gwen were already there, but where was Lauren?

Lauren's POV:

I took the second path on the right. I pass a huge hole in the wall. Weird. I finally got out of the cave and see that everyone was there, meaning I am last. I am going home.

Ethan's POV:

Cannon:

Boom! Lauren is launched. "You can win this Gwen or Ethan!" she shouts across the sky. I'm sad that my sister is gone. But now there is only four of us.
