Sometimes I pretend that I don't feel ~well I say sometimes, I do it constantly~ it's just easier to pretend that feelings don't exist.
I imagine there being a switch and I just flick the switch when I don't want to feel.
And I can honestly say that it does help a little bit, but then your feelings manage to find a way back.
And that's the worst.
