DIY Stress Reliever

What you'll need:
•A brain to think
•And a God who listens

Instructions:
1. Think about why you're stressed.
2. Pray. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath, and talk to your Creator. He's listening, I promise. Tell Him why you're stressed. And ask Him to help you be calm and collected. Ask Him to be there with you and to give you peace.
3. Actually let God have your stress. Lay it down at His feet, and don't pick it up again. Just leave it. He'll take care of it.
4. Live your life. God's got you. You'll be okay.

I'm not an expert at stress relief. In fact, I'm the farthest from it. The tiniest things stress me out sometimes. But I have a God. And he's incredible, holy, almighty, Lord of Lords, Alpha and Omega, and the air I breath (plus much more). So go to your God. And talk to Him. He loves to hear your voice. Good luck!
