Adara woke lazily, feeling tired and warm. She didn't want to wake up, so she nuzzled deeper into her pillow, hugging it tightly. Her blankets rested upon her back and side, trapping her into a cocoon of warmth.

It only took her one second to notice that it was not a pillow. Her eyes fluttered open as she stared at Orion in horror. "Come here, love," he mumbled, his voice accented and husky as he pulled her closer lazily, his eyes closed.

She could feel that they were both wearing clothes, much to her relief as she ran the entire night by quickly in her head. No sex, but her face immediately flamed when she realized how much he now knew about her.

She was laying half sprawled across his chest and half on the bed, and she looked up to see that wherever they were, it was not her room. She recognized it as another room in the Temple, and she assumed that they'd both crashed in his room for the night.

She finally pushed herself off of him, ignoring the tiny part of her that wanted to stay in the warmth. He struggled a little, trying to hold onto her as he slowly opened his eyes. His eyes darted around her figure, taking her in, and he looked momentarily shocked as he stopped trying to hold her.

She climbed out of his bed, stretching a little. "Morning," Orion said, stifling another yawn.

"Morning," she replied. She wasn't wearing her outfit from the night anymore, instead wearing a too-large tee shirt and boxers rolled at the waist.

Orion was looking up and down at her, studying her appearance wearing what she assumed was his clothing. Finally, he met her eyes, and they stared at each other awkwardly for a moment.

"I'm gonna go," Adara suddenly blurted, grabbing her clothing from where it was folded on a desk and her shoes and limping towards the door. She limped out, shutting it before Orion had a chance to say anything.

Adara was dancing, having as great of a time as she could manage while still being mad at Orion. Some guy, she hadn't caught his name, was behind her, with his hands on her waist holding her tight to his body.

The effects of the three shots had begun to kick in, and she felt utterly giddy. Laughter bubbled up from her out of nowhere, and she closed her eyes, leaning back into the guy behind her. She had missed this.

She'd been dancing for a while, then, and suddenly, as she danced, she accidentally looked over and met a familiar set of green eyes who had turned to her at the same time. He was dancing with some red head, who held a drink in her hand as she twerked on him.

His eyes met hers, and the grin he was wearing dropped off of his face. It was replaced with a look of sympathy, one that twisted Adara's gut and made her turn her head away.

"You're cute," the guy behind her said, leaning forward to speak in her ear. "What's your name?"

"Adara," she answered, turning around so they were facing one another but staying just as close. "What's yours?"

He grinned. "I'm Eli," he replied. The name was so close to someone that she knew that it nearly knocked the breath out of her. Her smile nearly faltered for a minute, but she turned it into a sultry smile as she wrapped her arms around his neck.

"Well, Eli, it's nice to meet you," she said lowly, and he chuckled, tilting his head down towards hers.

A hand grabbed Eli's shoulder. "Hey, would you mind if I had this dance with her?" Orion asked, pulling Eli back away from her. Her lips turned into a small frown.
