Chapter 4: Snowdin

~~~~~~~~~~~~Your POV~~~~~~~~~~~~

You open your eyes, you're with Flowey in some sort of snow forest thing. It looks normal but, when is there anything that's gonna be normal? You continue to walk forward, the snow is a bit deep for you but you manage. You keep seeing some sort of station over and over again, soon you spot a town. The town looks empty and deserted, there's a Christmas tree but it's knocked over. Flowey doesn't seem to like this very much.

"M-maybe we should go back with Toriel..."

Flowey yanks you a couple times back the way you came. "No Flowey, we need to stop Frisk and save the underground." Flowey stops and gently rest his head on your shoulder. You continue walking until you trip on something yellow and brown. The snow felt freezing on your face, you got up and wiped the snow off you and Flowey. "Are you okay Flowey?"

"Yeah, what did you trip on?"

You look at the yellow and brown thing closer, it looked like a dinosaur with no arms. "It must be a monster that wasn't killed. I should bring him somewhere to make sure he's okay." You pick the monster up and carry him to a small building that looks like an inn. You set him on a bed in one of the rooms, you sit down on the floor near him. Flowey seems silent. You stay in that room and fall asleep soon enough. You wake up to someone talking to you.

"Hello? Yo, you awake?"

You open your eyes to the monster kid standing in front of you with confusion. You stand up, Flowey is still asleep on your shoulder. "Hi, I'm (y/n). I found you in the snow face first. Are you alright?" He seems to smile at you unlike the other monsters that just stared at you.

"Yeah, I'm fine.  Last thing I remember was everyone was panicking and I got hit over the head with something. It must have knocked me out. Oh, by the way, I'm kid."

Everyone panicking must have knocked over the tree and it must have hit him in the head, he was near it after all. You talk to kid for awhile and then you, kid, and the sleeping Flowey on your shoulder leave the inn and start walking around the town that's called snowdin. There doesn't seem to be any dust or alive monsters here. "There's no dust anywhere?" Kid jumped in front of you, you got a little startled.

"There's no dust because this is snowdin, it's filled with snow. Why are you wondering why there's no dust?"

You stay silent for a second and then explain that you can bring monsters back from the past into the future. Kid seems to believe you but he doesn't have a clue to how your going to do it with no dust. You remember how you brought the ruins back to life, you were in the center of everything. "Where's the center of snowdin?" Kid leads you there, it's where the Christmas tree once stood. Well, that's what kid told you. You reach that spot and you get on your knees to reach the ground. You start to feel sick once you got there, but the feeling is getting worse. You feel like you're going to throw up or even explode, you try to get up but you can't feel anything. Your vision gets fuzzy and you start to feel light headed. You try to tell kid to help you but before you can you loose conscious and pass out.

You open your eyes to you laying in the snow near some building. It looks like there's a sign above you, you can't read the sign but you know it starts with a G. You try to get up but you can't, you call for Flowey and Kid but you can't speak. It's another dream or nightmare or whatever this is, it hurts to see these things. Was this a sign for what the hot spot could be? You start to hear fast running coming at you, you keep trying yo get up. The running gets closer and closer. You can see a light, it looks like fire. You scream out for help once again, it's no use. you hear Chara's demonic voice.

"Having fun? I bet you are. Watching what you've done over and over again. Every monster you bring back, you give them the memory of when you killed them. Aren't you happy, partner?"

They start laughing, it sounds evil of course. You want to scream, you want to cry. You close your eyes and continue listening to their demonic laugh. Soon, the laugh starts to fade into silence then you hear Flowey and Kid talking.

"Yo! (y/n)! (y/n), open your eyes! Please!"

"(y/n)....please don't be dead...we need you."

You open your eyes, Flowey and Kid are over you with worried looks. Flowey's expression softens but Kid is still worried. You sit up, Kid helps you over to a bench. The throw up feeling starts to fade and you start to calm down. You explain everything to Kid and Flowey, Kid seems to look off towards some sort of building.

"Yo, i think you're talking about Grillby. He's made of fire and he owns his own bar or diner called Grillby's. but that place is now a safe house for any surviving monsters."

"Let's go then." You get up but Flowey pulls you back down. Flowey doesn't want you to go anywhere.

"You need rest, this is maybe the forth time you've passed out."

You agree with Flowey. Kid helps you back to the inn so you can rest. Once you get there you lay down on the bed, and slowly fall asleep. You see images of someone protecting Kid from....You? You ignore it and continue to dream.

    (I hope you all are enjoying this story so far. I will be continuing it very soon but with school coming up and all that, it'll take more time to upload the next chapter. Anyway, i hope to get the next chapter done soon. Hope you enjoyed! Bye!)
