Barbie Girl (HIATUS )

Dear Diary,

I don't really know what to say to you. I guess I'm just supposed to tell you all of my secrets and how my day went and shit like that. 

Well, let's start from the beginning...

Today is the first Tuesday of the year and let's just say that it was pretty shitty. I went to school today and I was actually excited because it was Nathan and I's one year anniversary. 

I had bought him chocolates, a huge balloon and a card on my way to school. But, when I got to school everybody was staring at me and whispering. 

Everybody steals glances of me as I enter the school, so it usually wouldn't bother me. But, people should beware if they think it's okay to whisper about me.. especially in front of me! 

I was beyond confused as to why everybody was talking about me and I didn't know why so, I texted Marilyn, my best friend, and asked her why was everybody staring at me and she replied that I should check behind the bleachers on the football field. 

So me being the dumb bitch I am, walked to the football field and what I saw happening behind the bleachers made me drop the box of chocolates making them open and fall all over the filthy, dewy grass and I also let go of the balloon causing it to drift away high in the air while, the wind carried it far, far away. 

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw Nathan sucking faces with Chloe, the captain of the swim team. Who also happens to have a boyfriend.

Well, I guess that Nathan had somehow heard me drop all of my belongings because he abruptly stopped making out with Chloe and stared deeply into my eyes. 

I had tears springing to my eyes but, I wouldn't let them fall because I was Kelsey James. I am queen bee of this school. I have boys falling at my feet. I have ladies worried that their men might come after me when I walk by. I didn't need Nathan to know how much he had hurt me.

Do not cry Kelsey, do not cry. He is not worth it. I kept chanting to myself. 

I couldn't let him know how much he actually meant to me. 

I can't believe he actually did this to me. I thought we were having a good relationship. I didn't know I wasn't enough for him. 

"K-k-kelsey, wha-what are you doing here?" Nathan stuttered. Probably because he knew that I could ruin him with basically the snap of my fingers. 

"Well, I was going to give you a present since you know, it's our one year anniversary today but, I don't think that will be necessary. Because you and Chloe seem to be a thing now." I point between the two backstabbing bastards. "Well, I got to go but, I hope you two last long. Bye loves, stay faithful!" I say cheerily, and blowing them both a kiss before turning around and heading to class. 

They are both so going to pay for that. I smirk to myself. 

I must look like a complete idiot, smirking to myself while my boyfriend of one year just cheated on me. But, it's ok. I'm Kelsey James, "Barbie Girl" as some like to call me because I just seem so damn perfect.

I'll get my revenge.
