It's funny how when you decide that you've had enough, that you've reached your breaking point, that you can't handle anymore, you get given just a little bit more. But what's the most intriguing is that sometimes that little bit more can be the most amazing thing you've ever been given, it could be exactly what you needed. Sometimes these things can be given to you damaged, seemingly broken beyond repair. But really, they just need the time of day. Someone to show them that they haven't given up yet. That yeah, something bad may have happened but they have a reason to keep fighting. Someone loves them, and so when they don't feel strong enough to keep going, they can borrow your strength and keep fighting. Sometimes they might not even know what's wrong, they just need someone to care. So that's what you should do, care about your gift because that's what it is. A gift, a beautiful gift that came at the most unexpected of times but grew into your heart as though they had been there forever.
