I wake up knowing I am going back to Sam and Emily's today. I quit school. Don't ask why.
I get up and get changed. (Outfit in the media). I go to my bathroom and I brush my hair and leave it natural, wavy. I got outside and see Paul parked outside about to get out.
I giggle because I beat him and I get into his truck. "Hey baby." I kiss his lips roughly. Fireworks.
Paul places his hands on my face and holds me in the passionate kiss. We finally pull away for a breather. He smiles and he drives us to Sam's cabin.
"Hey Maya. Sit." Sam instructs. I smile and obey.
"Paul, tell her your meaning to imprinting." Sam says again.
"It's like, all of a sudden, it's not gravity that holds you to the planet, it's her. Nothing else matters. You would do anything; be anything for her." Paul says in a loving tone.
I stare in Paul's eyes the whole time he explains imprinting. "Sam said yesterday. You imprinted on me..."
Paul smiles and then nods. I squeak and hug him tightly. Sam sighs happily and drags Emily out of the room, giving Paul and I some privacy.
"I love you, Paul." I say, now knowing I know he'll mean it.
"I love you too, Maya." Paul kisses me lovingly.
"When do I meet the pack?" I ask.
"Tomorrow if you like." Paul says.
I nod in agreement and u lay my head on his shoulder. I am so happy in La Push now. And to think I didn't want to come here. I am sure glad mom made me. I am so in love. I suddenly feel a real bad sharp pain in my ribs.
I scream and I fall to Sam's floor. Sam and Paul rush to my side. I am crying.
"Emily! Get some water and freeze it. We are about to have our second female wolf." Sam calls.
I'm phasing? I might have forgotten to mention, my father is a shape shifter. Why do you think I wasn't scared when Paul and Sam told me they were?
My thoughts are interrupted by another sharp pain. I scream out and I hide my face in my arms. Paul and Sam both pick me up and pack me outside, into a clear in in the woods.
They easily set me down on the soggy, Forrest ground. I feel my bones break and I let out a breathless scream.
"Let it out, Maya! You're almost done!" Sam shouts.
I feel my skin ripping. I scream some more. Then I am on all fours. I have gray paws and my legs are white.
"You are beautiful in a wolf form," Sam says in shock. "Oh my god! You're the same color as the wolf goddess! Beautiful. Your just one of us, but your color."
I purr at the sound of that. Paul comes out in his wolf form. Our eyes meet and the whole forest freezes. The bugs. All that I notice is the future of mine and Paul's. A howl cuts my train of though off and I turn to see a solid black wolf. He was there when my dad was killed.
I growl. You were there when my father was killed.

David was my brother. I was too late when I arrived. You're my niece. Oh my gosh.
How do I phase back?
Just think f being human.
Simple enough. Soon, thoughts of my human form fill my head. Not even twenty minutes later, I am naked in my human form. I hide in Paul's fur while I wait for Sam to bring me clothes.
I put on the shorts and tank to and look t Sam. My uncle. I just stare at him in awe.
"I never knew I had an uncle. I was three but I remember seeing your wolf." I say.
By now, Paul has went into the woods to phase back.
"I never knew David had a child." Sam says.
I smile and hug him. We soon hear a growl. I turn and see Paul.
"Shut up Paul. Sam is my uncle." I growl right back.
Paul looks taken back by my growls. "Sorry." Paul looks down.
I sigh. "I wanna go home." I say an I decide to walk home.
At home, I see mom on the couch. "Carlisle heard you screams. Did you phase?"
"Yes. And dads brother Sam helped me through it."
Mom gasps. "Sam is still alive!"
"Yes. He is alpha of the Quillet pack." I nod.
"Let's see him tomorrow."
"They want me to meet the pack anyways."
I'm my room I text Paul.

Paul my mom is bringing me over to Sam's tomorrow. She wants to see him again.
I set my phone down on my night stand and I go and take a long shower. I dry off after twenty minutes then dress into some pajamas.
I check my phone and see that Paul has texted back.

Yes. Carlisle heard my screams and she knew I phased. I told we Sam helped me. She was excited Sam was still alive. I'm going to bed. Gnight.
I put my phone on the charger then I climb into my bed. I soon drift off to sleep.
