OK so I have been reading a lot of online stories and I have realize that the only thing they all have in common is that the main character can sing like an angel. And even if she or he can sing like Adele she or he thinks that they sound like Rebecca Black but they change their mind as soon as the bae who was standing 5 feet away from them hears them sing, but they are shy at first and say things like "Ohh no I sound terrible I hate my voice I am so sorry that you had to hear me sing. '' and the bae response with "No baby you sound amazing. " while they wrap their arms around the main characters waist and kiss their neck which makes the main character blush like tomatoes ,after a few seconds they continue to sing from the top of their lungs.

Why do most of the main characters in online books always have to be shy abou their voice (unless if they sing in some bar for a living which is where they usually meet the bae). I don't hate people who have beautiful voice but it's getting old that every main character can sing like an angel.
