"Hey, loser, it's Zoe." Alaska's best friend said from the other side of her bedroom door.
"And Jared?" Alaska asked.
"Nope. Just me." Zoe answered. Alaska scurried across the room to answer the door. The two friends hugged, then sat on Alaska's bed. "So, how was Germany?"
"You're asking me now? After I've been back for two weeks?" She laughed lightly. Zoe nodded her head. "It was... okay."
"Just okay?"
"Well, I didn't really do much there. So, It was just, okay." She replied, then adjusted her glasses.
"And, how are things with Peter?" Zoe asked as she wiggled her eyebrows. Alaska laughed at her friends actions.
"Honestly? Or do you want me to tell you that we're dating, and we're madly in love, and we're going to get married and have three kids?" She said sarcastically.
"I take it, things aren't going too well?" Zoe asked, in a concerned tone.
"That, is an understatement. We haven't talked since Germany. I've been waiting for him to just randomly show up, or for him to call, or text, or, just-- just something." Alaska replied, sounding frustrated.
"Why don't you just text him?" Zoe asked.
"Because everytime I try to, I chicken out."
"Give me your phone." Zoe said as she held out her hand. Alaska shook her head and hid her phone behind her back. "Give it." Zoe demanded.
When Alaska wouldn't give Zoe her phone, Zoe tackled her and pried the phone from Alaska's hands. Zoe then got off of Alaska and unlocked her phone. Then, she texted Peter, and handed Alaska her phone back.
"There, it's sent. Your move now." Zoe said calmly.
"I hate you." Alaska said as she glared at her friend.
"You know you love me." Zoe winked. Then, Alaska's phone buzzed. "Is it Peter? Gimme."
"No." Alaska said, she then teleported to a different room.
There, she checked her phone. Seeing what Zoe had texted Peter, and what he had texted back. She bit her lip as she hesitantly opened the message.
Alaska❤ Hey, wanna come over?
Spidey🕸 Sure, but, why?
Alaska❤ Because I miss you... UNDELIVERED
Alaska❤ I don't know, just to watch Netflix or something
Spidey🕸 Okay, I'll be over in a little while READ 5:15 PM
