Chap 2

I stare at Luke blankly. What is he doing here?! Oh my god where is AJ?! Why is Luke standing here?!

Luke clears his throat, "Violet Walker. Am I right?"

I blink a couple of times, thinking that I was just dreaming. But no, he was still there, with his dark hair hung in his eyes, loosely framing his face. He made no effort to move his bangs, and instead smoldered at me from under them with his glinting, dark eyes. Although his expression did not change, his arrogant half-smirk and the taunting look in his eyes completed his 'dangerous' look.

I nod, "Yeah that's me. Where's AJ?" I look behind him to see if AJ was behind him, but no, AJ was nowhere to be seen. Luke cleared his throat, "Actually, AJ sent me to pick you up. Come on." He points to his car. I nod and follow him to his car, he jogs to the divers' seat while I slowly look at his car, it was an Audi, and damn Audis' are my favorite. I get in the car, "Nice car."

Luke starts the car with a smirk playing on his lips, "I bet you don't know what it's called."

I look at Luke,"Actually I do, it's a 2016 Audi A3."

Luke smirk vanishes. Ha! Things don't go the way you always expect it Luke! I put on my wireless headphones and play a few songs of Melanie Martinez. Chloe was right when she said that I love her music. I lost track of what was happening in the real world until Luke doesn't slow down on the speed breaker, causing the car to violently jump back a little, not that Luke cared. But that jump made me jump, making my head meet the roof of the car with a loud BANG!

"Ow!! Luke! My head!"

A small smile appears on Luke's face for a second before it vanishes,  "Sorry. I asked you something but you were lost in your own world."

I stopped rubbing my head, "Sorry. What did you ask."

"If you're AJs' best friend, then why didn't I see you before?"

Cause I'm invisible?

"AJ and I are always in the shadows .No one even knows who I am or if you even have a twin sister."

Even though Luke has his gaze in front, I can tell that he was burning trying to burn my head with his "laser vision".

My phone starts ringing, AJ's name pops up.

"AJ..."

"Hey Vi! How is the ride to school?"
I glance at Luke, who was listening to me talking. He is so nosey!

But he's kinda cute...

Shut up

Okay...

"Well AJ, first you decide to ditch me with your twin brother to drive me to school, and second, this has to be the most awkward car ever!"

"Oh.. And why is that?"

"I had some good news for you, but you thought that it'll be a good idea to leave me with Luke now?"

"Oh! Let me guess...You finally got laid?!"

I started choking on air, "Oh my god AJ!! I am, and forever gonna be a virgin!!"

I could feel AJ's smile fade, she really wants to get a boyfriend, or at least get laid... No wonder she wanted me to go to school with Luke...

"Oh.... What else could it be?"

I take a deep breath in, "My parents are coming back from England!! Finally!!"

I can feel AJ's smile reappear on the other side of the call, "Oh my god!! Finally! After 6 months!"

I give a soft chuckle, "I'll tell you more at school okay?"

"Okay!! Oh my god don't forget!"

"I wont! See ya later."

"You to hun!"

I decline the call and focus on the cars and people passing by. Luke coughs, "Uh... So you're a virgin?"

I turn beetroot red. Crap...He shouldn't have heard that.

"Just shut up and drive."
