Chapter 2

Hey, guys! Told you I wouldn't take forever this time ;)! Hope y'all weren't frettin' much! I know I've got no room to joke, cuz I too long the last time. I shouldn't make a promise, but I DO promise to not take too long between updates, but I want at least 3000 words at least for each chapter! It might be up to a week or two at most between each update, cuz work, spending quality time with friends and sleep takes most of my time! Ima try to crank'em out as fast as I can! You can bet on it!

~ Spiderman P.O.V. ~

Wait, What? Did I hear that right? Eyes wide in shock, mouth opening and closing like a fish, a blush forming on my masked face, I tried to form a response. "I- Wha- Huh?!" Smooth Peter, smooth. "Well-" Before I could reply there was an explosion on the floor below us. That doesn't sound good. Wait? What's that sound? "SPIDERMAN!!!" Oh shit it's the Rhino! How'd he get out of his cell?!?! "Spidey, let me out! You're gonna need help defeating Rhino! I don't think Fury and his agents are gonna be fast enough to get here and stop him!!" Should I trust him? I mean, he did just say doesn't want me hurt, but what if it's a trick? I don't kno- I was cut off from my thoughts by my spidey-sense going off and Rhino breaking through a wall a few cells away not too long after. "To hell with it!" I started to fidget with the control pad next to the giant tube in hopes to find him a way out. "Come on with it!" Come on,.. almost there,.. got it!! "Ha, take that Fury! I knew I could hack your shit!" I didn't know. "Now, get out of there and help me beat this goon!" Once Venom had climbed out of the tank we took a fighting stance, preparing for battle, staring down our foe. What we were met with was a charging Rhino who was almost upon us. "SPIDERMAN, I'M GONNA KICK YOUR ASS FOR IMPRISONING ME HERE!!!" "Heh, I'll just have to put you away for longer, but this time I'll have some help!", I said, jumping up to the ceiling. "Venom, web his legs! I'll go for his stupid face!" Venom nodded before getting into positon. I shot webs at his face, but he caught one of them and yanked me toward himself. "Fuck!" I flew fast at him, but used my momentum to my advantage. "Venom, now!" I yelled as I flew. Venom webbed his legs together in an instant starting to pull, and my fist finally made contact with his face, knocking him over and onto his ass. His wasnt quite out yet tho. Just at that moment, Electro and his annoying self walked dazily out of the cell Rhino had busted through. "Heh, perfect!", I exclaimed, getting an idea. "Venom, help me another sec?", "Sure thing, Spidey!" Venom and I both shot our webs at Electro and yanked him onto Rhino and knocked them both out. A second later we webbed them to the floor. I couldn't help, but let out a chuckle. "They look so silly with those swirly eyes!" Then I burst out laughing, continuing to revel at the sight.

~ Venom P.O.V. ~

Oh my fucking heart, that laugh is super fucking cute! Spidey's laughs were so contagious, I couldn't help but join in. Once we calmed to slight hiccups of laughter Spidey spoke up. "We make a pretty good team!" Oh my heart, not again! Is he trying to kill me?! Blushing, I replied. "We do- Wait, you'd actually wanna team up with me again?". "Yea, why not? It'd be fun having another web-slinger helping clean me up New York." He replied, mask concealing what I assumed was a smile.

All of a sudden, Fury and several agents charged past the corner with weapons at the ready, only to halt, dumbfounded at the sight of Rhino AND Electro knocked unconscious and webbed to the floor. ...Also, the fact that I wasn't imprisoned. Shit! "What in Hell are you doing out?!!"
