The Unsaid Goodbye

 Everything and everyone had changed after everything that had happened.Izzy, Alec and Clary where looking for Jace and doing everything in their power to find him or even at least Track either him or Valentine to try and bring him home. 

You also had Simon... who was now part of this crazy world and he was trying to figure everything out, you see while Sage was to busy with her own world cracking and falling to pieces she also completely forgot about Simon and everyone else. Simon had now become a vampire no more thanks to Raphael and his clan... If it wasn't for them he wouldn't of been in that mess in the first place. So now his part of the downworlder world and Clary still blames herself for dragging him into this mess. 

Then there is Izzy and Alec, both blaming themselves thinking they should have done more.  Alec had come round from the help of the one and only Magnus Bane and after a couple of hours figured something was wrong. He got up with the help of the warlock only to be stopped by Izzy followed by a very paled Sage and Clary. After the long explanation of everything he broke down... Not caring if at the moment he seemed weak. He Lost his parabatai, he should have been there. Been there to save him and fight. Izzy at that point was being strong... Strong for herself, for Alec.. for everyone who needed it.. She was the first one to be found by Clary as she was looking for help for Sage, Clary tried to explain everything as they were going to where it all happened...  So Izzy was left to hold everything as they had bigger things to worry about.. Jace and Sage and how to get them both home safely.  

Sage had disappeared after a couple of hours from everything.She had stayed long enough to explain everything and get her injuries looked at and then had went into her room cleaned up and slipped away,  She has not been seen or heard from anyone since then. Only the note she had left. 

Dear Whoever reads this first:

(My bet is on Izzy) 

I am perfectly fine. I have gone to get some answers.

And to help find Jace, I am so sorry for everything,  I know that right know things won't make sense and I know that me leaving like this isn't the right way to do things but you wouldn't understand, I have to do this. I have to find out curtain things before I can explain it, it complicated enough right now. So I when I come back things will be different.

 Who knew that the different Sage is talking about, doesn't always mean the good kind. 

Maybe if they were quicker they would have caught her in time, maybe if they had stopped her, all the events wouldn't have unfolded the way they did, maybe if they had stopped her they could have prevented war that was going to tear the shadowhunter world in half, maybe they could have stopped the chaos that followed and maybe they could have prevented her death.
