Chapter seventeen

Crystals POV

I was woken up by rose and Luna.
"Ugh what?" I groaned.
"It's your wedding day!" Rose squealed happily.
"Come on you have to get ready." Luna said and dragged me to the bathroom.

I was so tired and confused that I didn't realise what was going on till I was thrown into the bath tub.
My body was washed in different oils that smelt delectable. My hair was washed with cherry shampoo.

Then I out on a robe and was dragged into my dressing room. A older woman was there.
"Hello dear. My name is Florence. I'm your future grandmother in law." She said smiling.
"It's a pleasure to meet you." I said returning the smile.

"So first things first. The hair then the makeup then the dress and shoes." Florence said and placed me down in the chair.

She curled my hair and put it in a low bun at the back of my head. Then she done my makeup. My eyes were smoky and I had red lipstick.

Then it was time for my dress. I loved the dress so much. As soon as I saw it I out away the book and said that was the one.

I put on the my jewellery which was a necklace and turned around to show everyone.
"You look amazing." Florence said and put on my veil. Rose helped me into my shoes.

"I've got something for you Crystal." She said and handed me a box. I opened it and it was silver and blue hair clip. It was my mothers wedding
Clip. Her something old.

"You're mother sent it here. She said she's sorry she cannot come and that she loves you." She said and I smiled.

"Could you?" I asked and she put it in my hair. "Thank you." She said.

There was a knock at the door and Jareth came in.
"You look beautiful crystal." He said and i smiled.
The three girls wished me luck and left the room.

It was nearly time to go out there. My hands started to shake.
"You'll be fine." Jareth said and held out his arm. "Let's go." He said and I took it.

"Whatever you do. Don't let me fall." I said and he smirked.

We stood near the door of the church like place I was getting married in. I heard music then the doors opened.

I don't know how it was possible but my hands shook even more. My heart was beating as I looked around at all the people who were stood up smiling and whispering. Jareth squeezed my hand a little. God is it that obvious that I'm nervous? Oh no I've made myself more nervous.

I looked forward and saw Lucien he was wearing all black my favourite colour on him and a red tie. He smiled when he saw me and I returned it. Seeing Lucien made me feel a little relaxed.

We got to the alter and Jareth gave me to Lucien. Who grabbed my shaking hands and lead me up the few stairs.
"You look stunning." He whispered in my ear and I blushed.

I looked to my side and saw rose and Luna they gave me a comforting smile and a little wave.

The man said the wedding things and we responded to the questions. Surprisingly my voice didn't betray me.

"Do you have the ring?" The man asked and lucien's friend Tristan gave Him a box. Lucien opened the box and I saw the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my entire life. It was gold with diamonds on the outside. There was a crystal in the middle surrounded by diamonds. That made me smile.
