Crystal is pregnant

Crystal is pregnant and she tells Lucien.

Crystals POV

Lucien was sword fighting or something with his friends outside. That makes him sound like a little kid. Oh well.

I, however, am sat in the bathroom being sick. I'm fricken petrified because I've been sick the past few mornings and my period is late. God I'm pregnant I just know it. God help me. 

I'm not worried about telling Lucien. He will be over the moon. But I am absolutely petrified for me. I don't know how to be a mother. I have to give birth to a fricken human through my vagina!Now that is frightening. Actually I don't even know how faes are born. Like what the hell happens there? Do they even come through the vagina?

I pick myself up of the floor and go in the shower to clear my thoughts for a moment. But even that doesn't work.

I'll go to the nurse. Just to double check before I tell Lucien.

I slowly walked to the nurse. Exaggerating every step. Finding every little thing fascinating and stopping to look at it for a few minutes. I make conversation with every living thing that crosses my path.

But finally I reach the door and walk in, slowly swinging the door open.

"Well hello there your majesty." The nurse fairy curtsied when I walked in.

"Good morning, lily." I greeted.

"How can I help you today, my lady?" She asks kindly. "I haven't seen you in here for awhile." She says to me.

"A pregnancy test." I mumbled looking at the floor. I slowly looked back up to see lily grinning like an idiot. At least she is fricken happy.

She walks over to me still smiling.

"May I?" She asks with her hand hovering over my stomach. I nod.

She places her hand on my stomach and shut her eyes. A few moments later she looks at me and smiles even more.

"Congratulations, your majesty! You are with child." She squealed. I smile at her. A fake one.

"Please do not you tell anyone until I've told Lucien." I said to her.

"I promise your majesty." She says and I left the room.

I let out a long breath and walked forward bumping into someone. I looked up and it was Jareth.

"are you I'll, crystal?" He asks with a concerned look.

"Nope." I said slightly nervous.

"Why are you at the nurses then?" He asks with a raised eyebrow.

"I'm friends with lily." I said which is not exactly a lie, I like her. "I was just talking with her about illnesses." I say slowly.

"Okay." He said not believing me. "Well I hope it was interesting." He says.

I look at him funnily and walk away.

A few hours later Lucien came back. I had spent that time sitting on the bed wondering how I was going to tell him.

"How come you didn't come outside?" He asks sitting down.

"What?" I ask confused.

"You said you were coming out to watch me practise." He says. Oh yeah I did. But that was just an excuse to get him out the room before I was sick.

I looked at him and smiled.

"I forgot." I tell him and he nods.

"Well I beat Tristan today. I even kn..." He starts to tell me about his day.

"I'm pregnant!" I blurted out and put my hands over my mouth after I said it. I shouldn't of told him like that.

He grins like a kid on Christmas.
Then he stands up and picks me up and spins around a little. I look at him confused and slightly scared.

He still didn't say anything just kissed me over and over again.

"So, I guess your happy?" I ask laughing.

"I'm over the moon. I can't believe we're pregnant.  Wait how do you know? Did you go to the nurses? Is you-know-what late?" Lucien asks and I rolled my eyes.

"I went to the nurses but I already knew anyway." I told him.

"I am so happy for us. We will be great parents and we can decorate a room together, choose names, everything." He says happily.

I smile at him. I love his enthusiasm.

------------------ a few weeks later

I hate Lucien.

Ever since he found out I was pregnant he has been a nuisance.

He follows me everywhere. Make sure I eat what he thinks is best. Makes me sleep all the time. He won't let me wear heels. I like be my heels and he has his them all!

He won't have sex with me. Yes. Lucien won't have sex. He is scared he will hurt the baby. And he thinks that the baby will find it weird or remember it happening. I hate him. He's an absolute idiot.

"Nap time." Lucien says to me and I flip him off. He scowls at me.

"No." I refuse.
"Crystal. We do this every day. Three sleeps a day." Lucien says.
"Lucien the baby can sleep whenever it wants. It doesn't need me to sleep at the same time." I say to him annoyed.

"But you need your strength." He says.
"For what exactly?" I ask.
"Child birth." He says in a duh voice.

I groan in annoyed.
"Lucien that is not until another six month. I don't need to nap every day." I tell him. "Right since you are a control freak, we are going to negotiate." I say and he nods.

"I nap once a day. I eat as much as I want when i want. I will let you follow me about like a lost dog and you give me my heels back and I promise I won't wear them." I say.

"One hour or longer nap a day. Eat as much as you want when you want. Even if you said I'm not allowed to follow you I would anyway in secret and no heels until after child birth." He says.

"Deal and that is stalking." I inform him and he shrugs.

"You are so annoying." I say to him. "Now go get me some chocolate." I order.

"Yes ma'am." He says and goes. I smile.

Does anyone have any ideas for what gender the child should be and a name for it?
