•(Y/N)•

This is it the start of something.. unfortunate. I've come to realize that I've become even more lost in the last couple of days. New school in a little town. whats not to love? Sigh. I can barley manage to get up, im no longer tired but my bed seems to keep drawing me in.

I wear something that will make me blend in, black on black? at least i hope thats how you blend in here. I ended up wearing blue jeans, Since i didnt want to be seen as too odd. Im normal- not weird.

"(Y/n)? here are the keys" my uncle yelled from the kitchen.

I grabbed my bag and ran down stairs.

"thanks, ill see you when its over"

I took my uncles car to school. Since I was 16 I was able to drive. My heart nearly pounced or of my chest- I was nervous. More than usual.

I parked the car near the far end of the parking lot. It was a small school. If I had to guess a number 600 ish students. For all 4 grades in high-school. So that means everyone knows everything. Sigh.

Making my way over to the front doors. I made my way in and spoke to some elderly woman in the front office. She gave me a big smile and an obvious "you must be (y/n)"
And I have her a nod and a smile.
I grabbed my locker combo, and schedule. Things seem easy enough to navigate.
Or at least I thought.

"I'm sorry... I got a little lost" I say softly to the teacher that had already started his lecture.
"No problem, have a seat miss"
All the eyes were burning a hole in my clothes.

Whispers and mumbles only made me more nervous.

"I'm Josie" the girl next to me whispered.
"(Y/n)"
She had caramel skin and green eyes. With front bangs and one of the prettiest smiles I've ever seen.

Aside from all the looks the eyes seemed to fade all but one.
I turned my head and caught eyes with a boy. He fumbled and pretended like it didn't happen.
Almost dropping his book off his desk.
