Chapter 14: Being my true self

We get to Destiny's house as we get to the door I heard running from the stairs thinking Destiny was waiting for us. Her mom opens the door truth be told i never knew what was going to happen  I never been over Destiny's house before. "We're here!!!" her mother said loudly. I look up the stairs and i saw destiny in a black and blueish dress i felt like my hear melted seeing her."how do i look Jace" she asked but i was lost for words looking at her as if she was an angel that just fell from up above. "so i guess i look ugly " her mom looked at me  knowing I'm  in my own world "he's lost for word  that means you look amazing  "How thanks "she walks down the stairs and looks me in my eyes and hugs me tightly and kisses my cheek " you look amazing she tells me as i look in her glorious eyes" I truly have never seen some humans so beautiful. We get to homecoming and Destiny went to say hi to her friend I saw Jake with Sarah both were in red and black. Jake was doing some type of dance he kept dance like a chicken  I laughed and when to look for Destiny I walked through many couples getting push by the teachers if there kissing or to close to one other. I seen where the sodas were I looked for destiny but couldn't her I hear her laugh it's hard to miss I look and seen some random guy talking to her they looked as if they were together which I thought me and her were I walk up but my eyes widen she kissed him on the cheek,she look to see me  she looked shocked and starts to walk up to me but I looked away and walk to the door behind me was alone Jax who was about to say hi to me but I pasted him, so he got in front of Destiny. I get to the door and pace to the door cause I was confused,hurt ,and.....sad. tears went to my eyes was I really crying over a human girl.
