This book is Realistic-Fiction. I'm basing it off of real life events but characters are different, and I'm adding in some other things that didn't happen. So I hope some people who act like one of my characters learn something from this book. It also could be a life lesson. For all ages; but note: there may be some gruesome parts so please proof read before a young child reads it. Mostly for teens.
A fourteen year old girl named Piper Rose moves to Chicago; because her dads job, and when he is on the streets he meets a beautiful woman. Could she be the woman of his dreams? Yes! While Pipers dad sits around all day texting his true love, leaving the house and hardly ever home. Ever since this woman came into the picture; Danny, Pipers dad has forgotten all about his only child; Piper. With no respect at all, he doesn't bother to ask her how shes doing. And what he doesn't know Piper is being bullied, beat up, threatened by classmates, just because she doesn't fit in. Finally she gets tired of being pushed around and gets into drugs and alcohol. Everyday she wonders if it will ever end, she can't take it much longer finally she puts a stop to it all.
