I arrive at a huge brick building, and as I step out of the smokey colored car I could already hear them talking. My dad grabbed me arm and tugged me towards the double doors of Ridge-Way High. One girl started to whisper to the circle of girls, and they are what I would call the gossip girls.

"Oh, I'm so delicate. With my blonde hair, and blue eyes. I could be Cinderella," I heard a girl say, as she was making fun of me.

"Hello, my name is Mr. Brian Walter. I am the school principal, and you will enjoy this school I promise. The students aren't always the nicest but I'm sure you'll find a few friends.' Stated Mr. Walter.

"Thank you, and I hope so," Piper said annoyingly.

Piper walked out of the main office and into the colorful hall ways. I was searching for the locker #210.

"Hey Sweetie, are you looking for something?" asked a blonde, who randomly appeared from behind me.

"Umm..Kinda. I guess you could say so, I'm just looking for my locker," Piper said all creeped out.

"What number?" asked the blonde.

"It's locker #210," replied Piper. The blonde showed Piper to her locker, and Piper thanked her.

"Thank you." Piper said gratefully.

"Oh no problem, by the way my name is Mersadie, but call me Sadie." said Sadie.

As Sadie disappeared into the large crowd of people Piper just sat down next to her locker. She didn't want to get up, she just wanted to sit there and think. She stayed there and just kept thinking. She thought to herself..Maybe this isn't going to be as bad as I thought it was. Sadie seemed pretty nice. She was tall, skinny, blonde hair, blue eyes like me, thought Piper. Five minutes later she got up and headed down the hall to find room #18. As she arrived at the door, she heard someone.

"I wouldn't trust her." said a voice.

"Who is that? And who shouldn't I trust?" asked Piper

"Sadie. She's miss popularity. Once she makes you believe that she's your friend, and you tell her some of your secrets or personal stuff it'll spread like wildfire." said the lonely girl.

I believed the girl, she seemed to be one of Sadie's victims, and to think I thought she really wanted to be my friend.

"Well thanks, I kinda figured that there was something weird about her. I'm Piper, by the way." stated Piper.

"I'm Margret, but everyone calls me Marty and I don't like it." said Margret.

"It's okay I've been bullied my whole life so I kinda know how you feel." Piper said nicely.

"Yeah, I used to be apart of Sadie's popular crew but then Elise came along so they kicked me out, and now I have no one." Margret said sadly.

"You have me, and don't let them get to you. That's all they want is to make you mad, that's what bullies do." Piper said stating the fact.

"Gee Thanks. I'm glad I have someone to count on." said Margret.

Piper and Margret headed to their classes and didn't even pay attention to anyone. They just sat there in their seats thinking about their awesome new friendship. The passed and Piper just couldn't wait to get home. *Ding*ding*! Went the bell, and Piper headed home. She walked through the cold air as she heard Margret asking people for food. Was Margret homeless? Piper didn't know and didn't want Margret to know that she did know. So she just kept walking home, wanting to go to Margret and give her a $20 dollar bill, but she was afraid that Margret wouldn't be her friend if she saw Margret as a homeless slob. Time flew by and Piper grew sleepier. 10:00 p.m. came and Piper had fell asleep doing homework.
