"Eww," scolded Olivia Phipps. "That's the ugliest outfit I've seen all day."

"I know. What kinda person could stand to be out in public, wearing that," replied Charity Zellers.

As Piper walked past the two populars in school she already knew she was hated. Their was only one rule that everyone knows if the populars don't like you, then nobody likes you. Nothing would ever work out at Ridge-Way High, she already knew it. It was 2:00 a.m. and Piper had woken up from a terrible dream. She Scared to go to school. She wasn't ready to go to a new school, but she had to. She needed the education, so she stopped fretting over it and got out of bed to go make her some tea. She headed down the squeaky stairs and opened the old crackling door. As she went past the dinning room and into the kitchen she heard crying. It was her dad, he was in the living room staring at a picture and talking to himself. Piper couldn't really hear what he was saying because pf all the sobbing, he was doing.

"Dad. Are you okay?" questioned Piper.

"Yeah, everything is fine. It's just that I really miss your mother." stated Danny.

"I know I miss her everyday but she's in a better place now." said Piper.

"Yeah, your right. She is in a way better place now, and I'm sure she is proud of you. She probably is looking at you right now thinking, how could some jerks be picking on my little angel." Danny said.

"Oh, dad. Don't over react. I'm not and angel." said Piper. "But thanks dad."

" No problem sweetie, and if I may ask....What are you doing up this late?" asked Danny.

"Oh, I couldn't sleep. I had a bad dream, but it's okay. Now I'm going to to make me a cup of tea. Do you want some?" replied Piper.

"Sure," Danny said thankfully.

Danny was thankful everyday for his daughter Piper. She was the key to almost everything, she was always there for her dad when ever he needed her. He could always count on Piper, she was the best.

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEE" went the tea kettle.

Piper poured the tea into two glasses, for her and her father. They sat up till 3:00 a.m. talking and drinking tea, then they headed off to bed.
