They Don't Know About Us - One Direction

Aria's POV

Jocelyn scanned me up and down giving me an evil smirk. "Hello Aria." She said inviting herself in.

"Um hi?" I said awkwardly closing the door. "What are you doing here?" I asked.

She walked around the house as she shot back at me, "I came here to tell you that you need to stay away from Dave. Got it?" She pointed her finger at me.

I scoffed and crossed my arms, "You have no control over me Jocelyn. And either way you can't just make me stay away from him. He loves me."

She laughed, "Loves you? Please darling he's just using you."

I rolled my eyes, "You're just jealous because-"

"And even though I can't make you stay away from him- his brother might have a chance." She snapped.

"Brother?" I asked confused. Dave has a brother?

She looked exited, "Oh! You didn't know he had a brother?" She clapped her hands, "What a great girlfriend you are. And I didn't just call James to fly back here to see Dave." She said. "You see Aria.. James, his older brother, is practically a millionaire. And as every millionaire their fear is being broke. So in order to be able to stay a millionaire is you got to have family to back you up. And that's what James is doing for Dave. And since James wants Dave to become rich he won't let some poor girl ruin it for him. Got it? So I suggest you save your time trying and just give up- because it's never going to happen."

I didn't have anything to back me up. I kept stammering, "Dave can choose his future himself. And If I know him, I know that he won't let that happen. You're just holding him back."

She smirked, "Watch him." She said and walked out the door slamming it.

I let out a big sigh in frustration. "What the hell just happened."

Dave's POV

I walked in my house to be engulfed by my brother, "Hey man." He said.

"'Hey man'?" I said. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming?"

"Your girlfriend surprised and told me that you finally wanted join my business." He smiled widely showing the wrinkles by his eyes.

"Girlfriend? You mean Jocelyn?" I asked. "I broke up with her!" I said.

He had a blank expression, "Oh. Well let's just get your mind off it while you work for me?" He suggested.

"Sorry man, I'm not looking for a job right now." I said to him straight.

"Look bro. I don't want you to end up with no house and no money so I'm just trying to help you. If you work for me you would get paid loads of money and of course working with your brother sounds pretty fun right?" He smirked.

I sighed, "Yeah but I'm not focusing on the future right now."

I've got every thing I need. Aria.

"What's holding you back man?" He said patting my back. "When I left all you were was focused now you're all laid back? You changed."

"I didn't change, I just found something more than what your giving me."

"Is it more than a million dollars?"

"She seems like it." I mumbled.

He gasped, "So that's why! There's another girl?" He asked.
