Chapter 4

24 hours later Dan was released from the hospital. "I still can't believe what Phil said the other day" Dan thought to himself "I wonder if he really meant it". Finally their taxi pulled up in front of their flat.
"Thanks" Phil said as he paid the driver. "Hey Dan are you okay? You seem very quiet" Phil said as they walked up the the stairs to their flat. "What oh yeah yeah I'm fine" Dan mumbled. All day Dan had been thinking about what Phil said. He was deep in thought wondering how he could tell Phil how he felt about the situation.
"Finally we're home" Phil chimed as he unlocked the door. "Yay well uh I'm gonna go to bed now" Dan said as he ran to his room. "Well that was strange it's only 7 o'clock I wonder what he's doing" Phil thought. "Well I'm gonna make some dinner if you want any" Phil yelled down the hall where his bedroom was. "Okay" Dan yelled back.
Dan opened his closet and pulled out his old journal from 2009. He began to read it "dear journal, guess what! AmazingPhil finally noticed me! I can't believe it I'm so happy!!! Maybe we can become friends one day." Dan smiled as he began to read another entry "dear journal, I'm going to visit Phil for the first time tomorrow! We've been skyping for hours and hours, and I think I may be...In love with him...well we'll see how everything goes tomorrow ah I'm so happy". Dan buried his face into his hands. He had loved Phil for such a long time but he never wanted to say anything out of fear that he might loose him. Dan looked up and noticed something in the back of the closet. A box of notes and a dead bouquet of flowers tied to it. Dan opened it and started reading to notes. One said "amazing" another said "kind" then he realized this was the Valentine's Day present Dan was going to give Phil in 2012, but then they had an argument and things got awkward really fast, so he decided not to give it to him. "Wow I was a massive fangirl for Phil wasn't I" Dan sighed "I need to talk to him about this tomorrow" Dan said as he began to smell pizza. "DAAANN I MADE PIZZA" Phil yelled. "COMING" Dan yelled back.
