Chapter 8

Bruno's POV

Casey got outta the car and started running. I got out and started running after her. "Casey! Come back here! Right now! Casey I mean it." I caught her. She wouldn't stop squirming. I carried her back to the car, put her in the back seat and locked the doors.

Casey starts yelling. "Let me outta this damn car!"

"No! Casey, I'm not losing you again!" I started to cry. Hot tears running down my face, I kept driving and drove home. Casey didn't speak to me the whole ride home or when we got home she went upstairs and slammed her door.

Casey's POV

I can't take this! I can't take all this stress! I grabbed the knife in my desk and started to cut my wrist. I ended up having three cuts. I put the knife back in the desk and laid down. This feels so much better.

Bruno's POV

I waited about an hour then went upstairs to talk to Casey. I opened her door and found her laying on her bed, asleep. Awww she's so cute and little. I covered her up and kissed her forehead. I came back down stairs and sat on the couch. Why am I dating Jenny again? All she did was cheat on me and hurt my kids, but she did apologize. Hummmm......

"Hey dad," Jake walked in.

"Hey," I answered, "Jake? You don't care that I'm dating Jenny again, do you?" I ask.

"What?!" Jake starts yelling. "I can't believe you'd do this to us!"

"Shhhh.... Your sisters asleep!" I say.

"I can't believe you!" Jake runs upstairs and slams his door. Why are all my kids getting mad at me? Man, I need to think this though...

Casey's POV

I woke up and checked the time it was 2:30 IN THE MORNING! I got up turned on my light and started packing something's up then I grabbed the knife I cut myself with and some razors and added some more cuts. I finished packing something's then crept down the stairs and out the front door. This time I was leaving for good...
