Perks Of Being A Red Head

So much for a day..

Madam Rosemary was kind enough to guide us through the dark alleys passing some trees and then reaching  Hogwarts. Never in my life have I been so happy to see Hogwarts. No not even in first year! James and I were literally in such a bad condition. I looked over to James and he was gaping at castle too like he has never been so relieved. Then he looked at me and smiled a bit I returned it.

"Well there you are my children. Better be careful next time" madam Rosemary said.

"Thank you so much. We can't thank you enough. I don't know what would've happened if we didn't meet you. I'll  do anything you for you anytime" I said to her and totally meant everything I said.

"Anything you say? You'll do anything?" Madam Rosemary gave me sly smile.
I don't like where this is going.

"Yeahhh?" I said a bit hesitantly now.

"Give the boy a chance will you" pointing at James. " I know the look he gives and the way he look at you trust me he's a keeper"madam Rosemary added with a wink. I instantly blushed. What the hell I never blush like never what's happening?!

James on then other hand was smiling. HE WAS SMILING. And not smirking. Wow. This getting lost thing is really getting into us now.

"Well we'd better head off now before they start assuming we're dead. Thanks again!"James said politely.

"Yes ok bye I'll see you soon. Come visit me at my place!" Madam said.

With a couple of byes and sures we were on the gates of the castle.we opened them revealing the beautiful interior of my beautiful school. We made our way to the great hall and saw that everyone was moving back to the dorms.

"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?" We heard a shrilled high pitched voice of Professor Mcgonagall  from behind.

We turned around instantly and I felt scared and intimidated by her right now.

"We can explain" James and I said at the same time.

"Very well then explain!" She said in a lower tone. 
We explained her everything and she seemed satisfied with us now.

"Will you guide the first years or should I ask the prefects?" She asked politely now.

"Well do it right?" James said and asked me at the same time.

"Yeah sure" I said. 

" Ok so a short meeting  will be held with professor dumbledore and you two so you can explain to him" professor told us.

We guided the first years to the Dorms and told them about the common rooms and other important stuff.

We were on the staircase when it started  moving. I was caught unaware of it and suddenly begin to fall. I was waiting for my back to have a very hard impact with stairs  but it didn't. I opened  my eyes to see James had a hand behind my back. I instant stood up straitening my posture.

"Thanks uhh for the thing uh thanks" I said nervously.

"No problem. You okay?"  James asked

"Yeah why wouldn't I be?" I said

He merely nodded. We made our way to the principles office.
