Jealousy or what?

"Like what?" I said.

"You like James." He shouted in a whisper.

I looked at him like he was gone mental.

"Look all those things the grass all that describes James don't you see it?!" Sirius explained and I started processing it in my mind. This couldn't really happen right? I don't know this is so confusing.

"Ok maybe but don't tell him please please I beg you I'll do it when I'm sure of it"I begged Sirius.

"Yeah ok uh sure" he said.

Was this really it? Oh my god what will I do now?

After attending all the classes I went to my dorm and lay down thinking.

Classes went on for a week. James and I had been really good friends now. We would help each other in homework and stuff. And I think I was developing some feelings for him but I'm not sure yet.

"Lily? Lily" I heard someone call my name.
I turned around and saw Marlene calling my name.

"Oh hey mar what's up?" I asked her slowing down my pace.

"Professor Dumbledore wants to see you and James in his office." She said.

"Okay I'll just go now. See you later" I waved at her and went to find James. I found him in the common room. Dragging him along with me we reached the office.

Once we got inside I saw professor with one girl and two older figures which I assume we're the girls parents.

"Miss Evans and Mr. Potter this is Anne Hudson. She's new here, transfer from the other wizarding school I would like you both to welcome her and help her out" he instructed us.we both replied with a yeah sure.

"Hi I'm lily" I put forward my and looked at the girl, to be honest she was really pretty. With her brown silky hair and blue eyes she was really pretty.

"Hi I'm Anne"she replied shyly.

"Hello I'm James" he just waved at her.

"So let's get you going then ill show you your dorm and everything that I can" I told her.

After saying goodbye to her parents she came along with us.

"So are you both like a thing?" She asked us.

"Now we're not" I smiled at her. James just a hook his head.

"Good" Anne said.

"Why is That good?" James asked her.

"Well because I can have you then" she winked at James. Ok I don't know this feeling but it's not a good one. Who does she think she is. I don't like this girl. And James shot her his million dollar smirk in return.

"Well seeing you too are busy with yourselves I'll just go" I said and went away this was annoying. I can't be jealous for sure!

Remus stopped me on my way and asked me what happened so I told him.

"Well I think you're just plain jealous. You know you should just tell him you like him" Remus told me.

"I don't like him!" I denied quickly.

"Okay explain why you were feeling annoyed when they were flirting?"he asked with his eyebrows up. He got a point but I can't be.

"We'll see I don't know" I said.
