Love Potion

I had a long night before I woke up from my alarm clock. URGH classes! I exited my room to make my way towards my washroom. After a short bath I got dressed and went to towards James room to see if he was ready for classes.
As soon as I peaked through the door I saw James lying on the bed carelessly with his pillow on the floor and his messy hair even more messier. Wth we had classes in like fifteen minutes what is he doing OHMYGOD.

"JAMES" I bellowed.

He didn't move a single bit.

"JAMES WAKE UPPP WE HAVE TO GO FOR CLASSES" I said while tapping him hard on the back.

He moved a bit.

Finally!

"What lily? Why are you waking me up? I'm really sleepy" James said half asleep.

"You have got no choice we have classes in exact 13 minutes. DO YOU REALIZE that?! I said to him.

"HOLY MOLY  THIRTEEN MINUTES?!" James jumped out of his bed all of a sudden and started to shout.

"Yeah and you better get ready now!" I said with a demanding tone.

"yeah ok ok I'm going" he said while getting up and making his way to the washroom and he was out it ten minutes which meant we had about two to three minutes left.

"Lily let's go quick were gonna be late and thanks for waiting for me" he grabbed my hand and we started to run for the astronomy tower.

I think we're late. As soon as we opened the doors all eyes went to other direction. I hated being the Center of the attention. By the look on professor Mcgonagall eyes I knew we were late but only by a minute I'm sure. Shit. We're screwed.

"You are late" she spoke in the clear and firm voice of hers.

"We're really sorry it won't happen again" James and I said at the same time.

"Very well! It better not" she said. " take your seats both of you, quickly."

We rushed to the empty ones we found and we were seated next to each other in about twenty seconds. The lesson started and I made some notes. Thank god we didn't get any homework for transfiguration.

The next class was potions. As I exited the room I heard hushed whispers of children saying things like "why were they late" "you know they have the same common room" " yeah you know what that means" and they started giggling. LIKE WHAT!?

"LILYY WHERE THE HECK WERE YOU?!" I heard Marlene shriek as covered my ears.

"Yeah yeah I'm right here!" I said.

"Why were you late- sorry i meant why were YOU and JAMES late?" She asked emphasizing on James and I.

"James wasn't awake and I had wake  him. So I had to wait and that's how we got late" I explained.

"OHMYGOD their getting cute even before they got together aww." Alice said while I just rolled my eyes at them. They have seriously got to stop.

"Can we go now or else I'll be late again" I said.

"Yeah let's goo!" They replied.

We made our way to potions. I was pretty excited because Professor Slughorn was really nice and polite.

"Ahh class come on come take a seat. No no sorryy wait I'll take your names and then you can sit with your partner. Sorry" he said.

"Remus lupin and Felicia Abbot"
"Sirius black and lily Evans" .well shit.
"James potter and Alice Johns" he continued and continued.

I was paired with Sirius and it was gonna be one annoying year.

"Hello there Evanss" Sirius said while sat beside him.

"Hello black" I replied
 
"Children today we are gonna make the love potion today and you and your partners will tell each other what you smell and then uh just figure it out" professor instructed us.

After half and hour and a lot bickering later we  finished it. During the class James shot me some weird looks.

"So I smell Mrs potters apron and the shop
Where they sell pranks" Sirius beamed as said that.

"Well I smell my moms lasange and umm grass idk wait some brooms why would I smell these things I don't even play quidditch" I said surpised.

"Lily.. It's not about playing lily you like.." Sirius started.
